We love the food at this restaurant although there is one major problem.The 2 times I have come here I have had to wait over an hour for it to open. It is scheduled to open at 11:00am and the employees do not arrive until 12:00ish. This is rediculous. While I was waiting I saw at least 7 different families show up and leave having them lose business. The employees need to show up on time and have everything prepared at least an hour before the opening time. This would be a 5 star although seeing this repeat constantly I need this to be fixed for the better of the restaurant. Or if you can not make this time change your hours so that you do not lose any customers.

Always a good time at Wasabi Stake House. Very reasonably priced dinners. They are located within a strip mall, which also houses McKinnons, a great butchers market. The restaurant is split into 3 main dining areas (which keeps noise down): the bar in front of the Sushi Chef, the Habachi area, (5 large tables, & a smaller room with 5 tables & 3 booths. The "schtick" (comedy) from the Hibachi chefs is not-too rediculous but the portions they prepare are generous & yummy. The sushi is always tasty & fresh. Ive come here multiple times and never been disapointed. I will come again!

We went to Canobie Lake park and wanted to have dinner close by. Everything we ordered tasted great! Salad, fried rice, hibachi chicken and salmon, sashimi and stir-fried udon noodles, all tasted fresh and wonderful. Better than the hibachi restaurants in the metro Boston area. Price is reasonable. Service is very friendly. We had a great time and will definitely visit again!

Great place for hibachi and sushi. This is another go to place in Salem. The hibachi can get pretty busy, so call ahead. Theyre are also only a handful of non-hibschi tables if you just want sushi or dont care for the show. You can still get hibachi food at the tables as well.

Horrible service. We had a reservation and when we arrived they said it would be 10 minutes. Forty-five minutes later they sat a group of 14 at our table and completely passed us by. They were rude and as I have eaten there before, the food is no better than others.

Wasabi is the best! The owner Kevin and his team have put together an amazing place to share memories with friends and loved ones. Definitely a place to go for a night out or just a quick bite.

Love this place!great drink fresh food!! However this is the 4 th tues in a row we had to go somewhere else because there was a note on the door saying they were on break 330 :(
