What a horrible experience. This is by far the WORST Wingstop I have ever been to. I LOVE Wingstops wings, as I have been eating them for years. This store totally ruined it for me though. First of all, my order took almost an hour, after my estimate online told me 20 minutes. Second of all, my wings were slimy. So, I waited all that time, and they werent even cooked the way they are supposed to be!? Third of all, (and probably the most disappointment) I heard the manager tell one of the cooks to drop some wings. He replied with "we dont have any orders though". She then said, "drop them anyway". EXCUSE ME!? SINCE WHEN DOES WINGSTOP PREP WINGS FOR FUTURE ORDERS!? THIS MEANS THAT MY WINGS ARE NOT COOKED TO ORDER, AS THEY ADVERTISE. Very disappointed.

Everytime I go I just think maybe this time the service will be better. I have been there multiple times and this will be the last time. The service is horrible! Everytime we went it took over a half an hour to recieve food and at least one order was forgtten or took even longer. The staff is rude and very unprofessional. I had to ask for my money back tonight after waiting 40 minutes, realizing the order they finally did give me was for another customer, and finding out they completely lost my order... Its sad a place with such great wings will go under cause of there horrible work ethic.

This place has went from good service to extremely poor service within the last year and a half. All the employees talk and play. Like, wheres the greetings? Wheres the professionalism? Too many young folks without etiquette working here. Their service is VERY slow. LIKE STOP PLAYING AROUND ! Food was cold when I got it, fries were a soggy joke. For now on, I will go to the Wingstop in the central west end. Dont waste your time coming here. The management definitely arent doing their job. Gave it two stars, but by far, if there was a 0, Id give it to them.

VERY UNDERTRAINED AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. The attitude of 90% of the employees at this location is garbage. Not to mention how they prepare their wings. I tried calling Wingstop headquarters to resolve one particular incident, but they never returned my message. Overall, Im starting to see this trend throughout all Winstop locations in St. Louis. Therefore Im never again giving them business. Ever.

This is the worse wingstop of them all as far as customer service. You call in and still have to wait. They have more exception of any of the wingstops. They will close early, their computerrs go down in a regular and they have the biggest turn over of employees that I have ever seen. Corp needs to really look into this store. Customer service for sure isnt a priority to them for sure!

Ok food but the staff is very unprofessional! If I could give this Wing stop zero stars I would. I will never ever go back to this wing stop because the employees treated me like crap and when I tried to stand up for myself the rude employee tried to call the police on me! SO DONT GO TO THIS WING STOP UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET THE POLICE CALLED ON YOU OR IF YOU WANT TERRIBLE SERVICE!

I had a bad experience years ago and never ate here again until six days ago. And when I say they blew my mind, they did. This was one of the best things I ever tasted. If you are going to try something, go for the garlic parmesan. Dont go,looking for a trash can either. The young lady at the front counter doubles as a waitress. She will clean up after you.

Diarrhea all over the bathroom. The employees will purposely put the wrong items in your bag if you order even an hour close to closing time because they are mad about more customers and want to go home. So I suggest you check your bag for the correct wings you just paid a bunch of money for and make sure there is no diarrhea in there either.

Ordered online. Ordered mild wings. They ended up being plain and greasy. Parmesan garlic wings ended up being plain wings with some parmesan cheese sprinkled on them. Fries were cold and greasy. First and last time I try this place. Girl who gave me my order should probably not work in a place where you actually have to talk to people.

Worst customer service I have experienced with a fast food establishment. I have been ordering food from them for years, and they just now tell me they cant take orders over $25 over the phone. I called several other locations and they were able to take my order just fine. I will never visit this location again.

Staff let my food sit in the bag ready, multiple times, allowing it to get cold. Never called a name. Ive also called for a carry our two days this week, with no one answering the phone. Multiple bad occasions left me to finally leave a negative review.

This location has most despicable staff ever. They are always messing up the food. Wait is always long. Phones are always busy. And lately they said they cant take orders over certain amount as a cop out from having to make a large order. Lazy monkeys.

A little pricey, but if your not super cheap then get a 10 piece lemon pepper combo with a ton of fries and a drink for around 11 to 12 bucks. Its worth it. Its super tasty.
