Just had the new salmon appetizer roll, it was delightfully delicious...as everything always is. The salmon it so fresh and buttery, practically melts in your mouth. It was wrapped around strips of cucumber with a light sauce and wedges of lemon. I loved it! The presentation was beautiful too. Very refreshing and I will definitely order it again when Im in town. Cant say enough about the staff, I feel like theyre part of our family. Service is always impeccable. I also tried the "American Roll" for the first time, I treasured every bite. It felt like a party in my mouth...love this place and the people that work there. My husband has gotten the "Long Island roll" every time that weve dined at Fukus over the past 3 years and never grows tired of it. If you havent eaten here yet you should give them a try, you wont be disappointed.

This place is amazing. Weve been going to Fuku at least weekly ever since we discovered it. We went to Florida for a vacation and as soon as we hit Cumming, on our return we headed to Fuku so I could get a Long Island roll---its delicious. The owner is a culinary genius and the staff is very friendly and attentive. My wife and I love Asian food, and there is none better in North Georgia. We drive 30 minutes from our home in Dawsonville to eat here---we love this place.

This place was really nice. Even though it was my first time visiting the stuff treated me like I was a family. The food was great: the menus variaty was colorful, tasty, and so good for the eye, nose and stomach. I just loved it here. When it was time to pay I thought it was going to be expensive but instead it was real cheap for being a sushi place. I would totally go and visit again even though is far from where I live. Total well spent money. I super recommend!!!

Went tonight... Just awesome. Portions are better than most places for sushi. Price is about a dollar more than other places but they make up for that in quality AND flavor. I have been to the other places in town and finally gave up on them. I cant wait to go back here for the other choices they have on their menu. The menu looks great! I highly recommend them

Ray and his staff are awesome. This is the best Asian food I have had in this area. The dinner menu has wide variety, and the sushi is always fresh and tasty. If you are in the area around Chestatee Elementary, they deliver - finally something other than pizza delivery to our area. I have never had anything I did not enjoy here.

The sushi was fantastic! The Jupiter roll and the Fuku Dynamite Roll were amazing. The flavors were unique and incredibly tasty. The portion size of the fish makes up for it being slightly more expensive. Everybody was very nice and the atmosphere was great. We will be back and will bring friends!

So far so good! Weve ordered different dishes every time to check on taste and quality of food and have been thoroughly impressed. Ive recommended to extended family and friends already. Quantities are large and even takeout quantity is large.

Went here on a recommendation from a friend. It is good if it is the style of food youre craving. They have a "jack of all trades, master of none" feel to their food. They try to do too much rather than focus on a few select food dishes.

Fast. Hot. Always taste so good. Love they always throw in a little free sample of something. Got crab Rangoon and powdered donuts on separate occasions that Ive gotten take out. Highly recommend.
