Im giving my experience tonight 3 stars because the food, when we finally got it was delicious. Unfortunately the process of getting it was so painful that we wont be going back to see if tonights service was a fluke or not. A group of five of us arrived at about 7:30 pm. We waited about 15 min. to be seated, which we didnt think unreasonable on a Saturday night. However once we were seated, things started to go wrong. There was a lengthy delay before the waitress came back to take our orders. Then the food came out very oddly. All the sushi entrees appeared before the appetizers. One a la carte roll came out on the same plate as the spicy roll assortment entree ordered by another member of the party. He proceeded to eat it thinking it was part of his order. Everything was very slow coming out. The two people who ordered udon dishes instead of sushi didnt get their orders until the rest of us were completely finished with our dinners. Saying they were grumpy and hungry at that point doesnt do it justice. Staff was apologetic when one of my dining companions made it clear that she was very upset about her lack of food, but it didnt seem to occur to them that it might be an issue until she asked to speak to a manager. In the end, when we had finally gotten all our food and our check and were departing at 9:45, the room we were in was empty except for us, and four uncleared tables around us where other diners had departed. They very clearly did not have anything remotely like a reasonable staff level for a Saturday night.

Over the years, Ive made Yuki Grill the restaurant where I took my family and friends. In the last year I feel the place had declined in every aspect. The food is palatable to say the least, the decor is old now and uncleaned and the service is in its poorest. It should not take 20 minutes to get drinks and then be served our entrees before our appetizers. It is actually sad to see Yuki in such a state because it was one of the first "real" Japanese Sushi/Habatchi Grills in Manchester. I hate to say it, but I will, Masa just south on So.Willow St. is much trendier and classy without the upscale prices, and the service, top notch. Im sorry Yuki but if you dont get your act together Masa is going to run you out.

We ate in the hibachi section, not sushi bar. We had chicken, salmon, and steak with veggies and noodles. The steak was really tender and perfectly cooked, and the chicken and salmon were delicious too. The chef did a nice show off talent with flame and the usual tossing of food in our mouths. My only complaint (and this was really our fault) would be that we came early and were the only people there, so it was chilly and because it was just the 3 of us it didnt seem as lively as some places Ive been.

Took my daughter there for her birthday dinner with family. Wednesday night not very busy. We ate at the hibachi table. Service was slow. This type of place is supposed fun. The server we had was so stuck up and rude. It seemed like we were inconveniencing him to be there. The chef who cooked our food couldnt even crack a smile. Portions were very small. Ive been to many hibachi restaurant and this is the worst.

Quality sushi, quiet restaurant, good value for the money. Lots of parking. The Hibachi (grill) room is in the back, separate from the regular dining tables. They have a full bar and bar area, including a small selection of cold sakes (hot too). Yuki is next door to the DMV and Shaws, eating here (almost) makes a trip to the DMV enjoyable.

Unbelievably delicious! Came here because we wanted our kids to experience hibachi and it had good reviews on Yelp. Oh my wow....seriously above and beyond yum! ^_^ The staff was very friendly and helpful, going the extra mile in service. It was just a *wonderful* experience and I would highly recommend this place to everyone!

Waitress served the entire place. Waited until hibachi guy served a whole table before starting to do our table. service was extremely slow. Sushi was served after the hibachi served while everyone else got theirs before hibachi was served..but the food was ok.

The food is delicious, but when we went the service was so slow it took 2.5 hours to complete the meal. Maybe they were having an off day, but it wasnt busy and we were on a schedule. Only go if you have nothing else you need to be doing.

Great little restaurant with excellent sushi and sashimi selections. Their custom rolls are also quite tasty. Ive never tried their habachi, but Ive heard great things about them. Service is decent, but theyre always friendly and prompt.

Terrible experience. Waitress was very rude. Sushi was mediocre at most. Asked for a refund on noodles i took one bite out of and found it tasted like nothing. Didnt recieve a refund and suggest you do not go here. Absolutely terrible.

Great lunch specials, lots of variety! And great prices also. Service was very good, food came out fast and we were pleased with everything. Sushi is good, spicy tuna was really tasty. We will definitely come again!

Sushi is in very small portions for the price, has a very cheap feeling environment, a good place to go for quick sushi, but sushi lovers will be disappointed.
