Things started out well. Decent sushi. Mediocre teriyaki. Bleh ginger dressing. But then the mochi dessert they offered for $4 consisted of two tiny pieces of mochi still sealed in their wrappers from the supermarket. They also charged me $2 for white rice after they barely gave me any with my dinner. They also *accidentally* had calculated too much for tax on my bill. Then the best part - they quietly added a generous tip to the bill even though I wasnt there in a group. When I left enough cash to cover the bill and a reasonable tip, the woman (presumably an owner) chased me outside demanding more money. I VERY civilly told her I paid the bill and left a tip, but she yelled at me still and then to never come back. They obviously make their money nickel-and-diming unsuspecting customers. The food isnt that special, so its not worth the trouble of excessively high menu prices, poor service, hidden trap costs, and - in my opinion - attempts at consumer fraud. If you go, make sure to look over the bill.

This was one of the worst dining experience thus far in my dining career...I normally do not participate in Buffet style food (all you can eat set menu) but we made exception this time...sashimi samples were OK, however, additional order looked like "cat food"...chopped fish peaces, most of them not bigger then quarter with literally same thickens.. ...we sat at the sushi bar looking them making it...my girlfriend couldnt believe it...offensive and embarrassing to say at least...wont be eating sushi for a while...I send food back and received 10% off my bill...Couldnt even argue...just wanted to leave....P.B.

I went here with my husband a couple weeks ago. The outside does not do justice, inside it is very clean and has a nice atmosphere. It is on the smaller side but was very comfortable inside. The service was wonderful (although I think we were the only customers at the time but I have read another review that said the same - its a new restaurant and I dont think many people know about it yet), the food was great. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

All you can eat buffet with sushi and some other Japanese and Chinese items. You fill out a form and they bring you the food later. The lunch buffet is reasonably priced but choices are limited. You can easily fill up on sushi. I like the scollep tempura. We also ordered rainbow row. The fish quality is average but it is not bad. Dinner has more options but it cost a lot more. It is not a big place so make sure you get there early.

I made an easy order for delivery, coconut shrimp and the vegetarian Maki Combo. .... I never got coconut shrimp I got tempura shrimp. If I wanted that I would have ordered it. The maki was not worth all the money I paid. All the hot food was frozen cold. And the maki was warm. Ifor I ordered raw fish it would have made me sick. It took them (for sucks an easy order) 1 hour to get 6 minutes down the street. Not going back.

We came here for dinner to celebrate Valentines Day early. This place is easy to miss at night as we drove by it without realizing it. The inside of the restaurant is nicely decorated and quite cozy. At the time we went, there were already quite a few apparent regulars. We ordered the Love Boat item and it was pretty good. We were pleasantly surprised by the amount of raw fish pieces as we were actually expecting less.

I should be clear, Ive never had a bad meal here. The food is good and the sushi is of good quality. Ive never had a problem with the service either. This is a problem of packaging. Simply said, this place looks like a dump! The front lawn is never cut and theyve had the same broken sign for at least a year. This place needs some help!

Great food backed with excellent service and a great atmosphere.... on the inside! What a beautiful little place. It was my first time going there after they sent me a menu in the mail and I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was only down the street. I had the chicken in garlic sauce and I would recommend it to anyone.

Food is OK but the service is horrible - the waitress is extremely UNFRIENDLY. And they put 18% gratitude automatically WITHOUT telling you, so be very careful especially if you dont think the service is worth of the gratitude.

This is some of the best sushi in the area. The sushi buffet is amazing as its not all pre-made, you order whatever you want and its made fresh, plus its still all you can eat. great food and a great buffet deal.

Sakura is amazing! The staff is friendly and helpful, the sushi is creative, fresh and absolutely delicious! Ive eaten plenty of sushi in and around Boston and Sakura tops them all! Dont miss it!!

I personally wouldnt give this place 1 star !!! Everything from the tea soup or salad to the habachi beef or shrimp !!! My 1st experience at a so called Japanese steak house Ill never go back

Had a fantastic experience. The fish was fresh and prepared right in front of us at the sushi bar. The buffet is a great deal, freshly made all you can eat + ice cream for $21 without tax.

Food is good, but delivery takes hours. I would recommend you dine-in, or take out. Delivery will make you hunger to death. Pity for such great food cannot be delivered in time.

Weekend Sushi buffet is unbeatable. Its the basics but its so perfect, especially for the price. The restaurant isnt necessarily nice or well kept so thats why the 4 stars.
