10/25 /2014 La comida esta bien ,Pero los empleados mal y el manager es el peor de todos. Llegamos al buffet a las 3:15 pm cuando nos dieron el cheque para pagar nos cobraron $ 12.69 mas tax cuando tenian que cobrarnos $8,99 porque supuestamente nos habian cobrado el buffet de la tarde porque habian puesto marisco pero eso lo hacen a las 4:00 pm le explicamos que nadie de la mesa habia comido los mariscos que pusieron . vino el manejador y dijo que sus meseros habian dicho que si cuando esa era mentira y no hablan ingles enfrente de ti solo chino a ellos lo les importas dada esa es la actitud que tinen ahi. Jamas vuelvo a ir a ese lugar si tienes otra opcion major ve a otro lado donde no sean tan descarados y ladrones.

Really horrible food and atmosphere here. I had the misfortune of going while a Republican luncheon was taking place. It was ironic to hear such disgusting things coming out of peoples mouths while I had such disgusting things going in! While trying to choke down some dry chicken kebabs, I heard a man state that we should put Agent Orange on all of the Marijuana crops to "get rid of those burnout losers once and for all." When leaving, I saw the same man out on the sidewalk holding up a Donald Trump sign...figures! Another man, running for the school board, called all liberals evil. I cant hold it against the restaurant that their patrons are racist, homophobic, backwards rednecks (even though I was told this is a weekly event on Wednesdays), but what I can and will hold against them is their food, if you can call it that! I did not try the sushi, as I value my life, but what I did try was disgusting. This restaurant should be avoided at all costs for so many reasons!

Came here for a late lunch since Eldo buffect was closed around 3pm. I was skeptical of mongolian beef at a buffet (I have never been to a chinese buffet before) but it was actually pretty good! I mean it wasnt the best ever but decent enough that I would be willing to stuff my face on that alone. (Im also a picky eater.) Unfortunately, we got there between lunch and dinner so the lunch mongolian beef was replaced with dinner clams and black something. This made me very sad. I did end up getting some stir fry instead, it was decent, but I immediately missed the mongolian beef. The servers were pretty good at clearing our tables and filling our drinks and I think everyone else enjoyed their meal too. When they brought the bill I was very surprised to see it was only $8.99 per person. That made me very happy. Price, service, and food considered, this place was great! Especially since we were just about to pay crazy high prices at Eldo. I will definitely be coming back.

This was the worst restaurant I have ever eaten at. Me and my girlfriend went in to eat there waiting 15 minutes for someone to seat us(there were open tables everywhere) all the food was old and dry(we went at around 7 food should have been fresh at the time!) the the plates were dirty and the buffet its self was nasty. The dessert area was covered in rainbow sprinkles on everything like they were just thrown randomly. We werent even offered a refil on our drinks. When we decided we had had enough we went to go pay and the clerk was busy so we walked to the side a bit to just get out of the way of people coming to the door, when we did that one of the servers ran over to us and acted like we werent gonna pay (I had my debit card and my ticket in my hand waiting) It for sure isnt somewhere I would ever go again. Terrible. And dont get me started on the price!!

The food was decent but the service not so much. My friends and I went there today and ate their food. After that we made our way to the front to pay our bill like I always do when Im with my family. Anyways, this old chinese man quickly aproached us and took the bill and the card as we were about halfway to the cashier. When he came back he stood right next to my friend as he was writing down everything on the receipt and he kept pointing at the tip section. Everyone in the restaurant was staring at us at this point like we were trying to dine and dash and it was very rude of him to do that. My friend felt like he was getting pressured to give a big tip which he didnt. I see that I am not the only one who has experienced this from reading the rest of the reviews. This needs to be addressed so that I can give a better rating.

I like their food, but their service is very poor. They take forever to come to acknowledge that you need your plates cleared or drinks refilled. Then when its time to pay they will stand there and stare at you until you provide them with payment, even though payment is taken at the register near the exit. I never had such insulting aervice before. They acted as if we were going to dine and dash! The waitress sternly said to me, "you have to pay now" Ive been coming here for many years with my family and that is the first time they ever said that to us. It may be because I look very young, but I am 27 and was with my fiance and our child... they have been treating us poorly the last couples times weve been there, Im thinking about bringing my money over to Top of China off of Oddie Blvd. They have very good service and food.

Ive eaten at Kings (on Kietzke) many times and find that its a good bang-for-the-buck kind of place. The floor that is carpeted is often not so clean due to the volume of business, but Id rather they give it a good vacuuming and washing during the hours closed (which they do) rather than to try and eat while someones going around with a lobby-pan and broom kicking that awful stuff up (though sometimes they in fact sweep up stuff at times when necessary but theyre good about not going nuts with it ... ). Basically Im prompted to write this review because I see too many comments about the people running the place as supposedly being very rude, when in fact all the times Ive been there I was treated very well. Hmm I think Ill head over there now, now that Im sitting here hungry and writing about the place.:-)

The place is ok. its a little run down, and the wait staff has a tendency to speak little English, or just not acknowledging me and my party.They are fairly prompt to bring you drinks, which I find odd considering its a buffet, and are very prompt in bringing you the bill and take your money. Have ate at the same one (on Kietzke) a few times, various days, and times. I find very little difference and its just an ok place. Not a place to go if you wish authentic Chinese foods. The food is the basic American - Chinese fair. Nothing really pops out. As far as a buffet, its whats to be expected. A few times have seen the water low to non existent in the hot bars, have found some of the lettuce brown, wilted or slimy. The building could use some updates, and the staff could use some English lessons.
