I am so upset with China Wok, I work at a company near there and we are a huge building and probably order hundreds of dollars of take out here every week. Earlier this week we ordered delivery from your company and it arrived and was totally wrong. Items were missing and the bag and all the cartons were drenched in sauce to the point the bag was literally falling apart and dripping on everything. My coworker ordered a diet meal and discovered THREE bones in her food. We called about the missing items less than 5 minutes after the delivery guy left and were told that he would not be coming back to deliver the rest because he had other deliveries to make and that a refund would take 5 business days. That left one of our coworkers without their meal and as lunch break was almost over she did not have time to go get anything else and had to go hungry. I am sending an email out to all of our coworkers to never order from here again.

China Wok here on Williamson has amazing food but their customer service is sometimes lacking quite a bit. My son and I came by to eat and ordered 2- go. We got 2 general tsos with WHITE RICE. They gave us 2 general tsos 1 with white rice and 1 with yellow rice. They would not refund the 1 with yellow rice or give a new one. They said they are too busy and the next time be more careful when ordering. Hmm we WERE very careful and did not say yellow rice. dont know how they got that on my sons order. My son wouldnt eat it so I had to switch and eat it and give him mine with white rice. One of the employees, who said his name was Ben, told me I was free to complain online *on as many websites as I wanted* in his own words. Wow... they seem very confident with their ratings to say stuff like that. Its also a little arrogant in my opinion.

I work near this China Wok on Williamson. The guys "Ben" and "Michael" here are pretty rude. I used to chat with them occasionally while enjoying a general tsos chicken for lunch, but recently they havent chatted with me and Ben told me he thought I was weird because I eat alone all the time. He also asked me If I had any friends. I dont think thats very nice to say to someone, or ask someone if they have friends. I dont know how im weird in this regard because sometimes I just enjoy eating alone. Besides, I am on my lunch breaks when I come here usually. The food is really good. You can get a general tsos for pretty cheap and they usually load you down with a lot of sauce. They just need to improve their customer service and be nicer to customers.

If this was Italian, I would describe my experience as "impressionante"...if German, "furchteinflyyend"...and if French, "genial"....I just dont know the Chinese word for "AWESOME" so Ill just say AWESOME! Its been my experience that Chinese restaurants with the word "Wok" in them usually taste very fast foodish....not so here! This is some of the best Chinese food I have ever eaten! I would compare it to cuisine at fine Chinese restaurants at twice the price. The quantity of food was immense. The flavors and colors were very impressive. The only negative I could find was that it would have been very helpful if their website had a menu on it and advertised that they do delivery. Other than that....AWESOME!

Dont write reviews as much as I should, but I use these quite a bit when I travel, so just wanted to say great food, and great prices for the amount of food you get, great delivery service, and even had "ghost pepper powder" they added to my order to make it really spicy, and I can almost NEVER get it spicy enough, but this was GREAT! Def a 5 star experience all around!!!

This place is AWESOME! Ive been coming here for over 12 years. Always gotten general taos. But always pleased with the meal and taste buds have changed decided to change and try new things. Never disappointed! If you want to try something good and different try they Mongolian beef and crab rangoons. Enjoy! We always enjoy take out. Good hole in the hall place in Roanoke!

I had a hankering for some Chinese food so I did a search in Google Maps and this was the closest place. The Yelp reviews were positive so tried it for lunch. The food was excellent, the staff accommodating, the price cheap, cheap, cheap! The ambiance austere but clean. Im putting this place on my regular rotation. What a good find!

The reason for the long wait time when you order for delivery is because they have one cook and then the man that owns a store so when they get busy they cant just leave. Ive been going to this place for at least 6 years best place in Roanoke

Love this place! They have great vegetarian options. The only negative thing is that it takes a really long time to arrive if you order delivery. I live right down the road and it took an hour to delivery my food.

Probably the best Chinese food with delivery I have had in the Roanoke City area. Calling in isnt too bad, delivery has always been around the estimated time they give, and the price is fantastic for what you get.

Love this little place. Best chinese in roanoke. Although they could make the atmosphere alittle more enjoyable like some music or decorations. But other than that I would seriously recommend someone here.
