This place definitely attempts to make you believe it is high class dining. Prices are very reasonable. Food quality is a little below moderate. Service can use some improvements. The remodel of the restaurant is quite impressive but everything else stayed the same. This is my first time coming here since they remodeled. I went straight to the front where they collect your money before you go In. Immediately greeted and told me the price. Person told me 14.71 (I got a discount also) I pulled out a 20 and a 5. After seeing that her attitude seemed to change (very abrupt and opinionated) and responded with "I said its 14.71." Taken aback I responded with "oh yes maam, I understand. I was hoping for a 10 back." She then understood and gave me my change. Thats how my experience started. I was sat towards the back where not many people were at. Definitely quite a ways from the buffet. (This didnt bother me). My servicer came up to me not too long after and asked for my drink order. After, I went to get food. As I doubt the buffet line the food does look quite impressive. Some dishes are in their own tiny skillet and the dessert line looks elegant with many varieties. I picked my selections. As I got back with my food my drinks were right there waiting for me. As I started to taste the food, I got a little disappointed because the aesthetics are great but the taste can use some work, some dishes were bland and others were too sweet or too salty. Despite the fact, food was tolerable and some items were good. I did like the desserts, they were prolly the best part of the food. Now my service. My server not only looked bored but showed in the way he interacted with me and some his guests. Although, he would show some enthusiasm with Other guests that arrived later. My drinks couldve been filled up sooner as there was one point that i was waiting for my water refill and he would stand there on the side and just waych us. Im not saying my service was bad, just saying that it could use some work. I would at least like him to be more aware with what we want/need as customers. Overall I gave a 3 star because its just below standard. The only thing going for them is the Aesthetics and desserts. Fix that and Ill fix my review haha

Dont eat in the Buffet!!!! We were eating there and found A BANDAID in the mashed potatoes!!!!! We let the manager know she did nothing but lie and say employees only wear blue bandaids. We went to security spoke with the food and beverage manager on duty, he knew nothing about the incident. We were helped by the casino executive Josh Cartee who promised to take care of the incident but now just blows us off everytime we call. Hopefully the health dept will take care of them. They are a disgusting facility and dont care about there customers. Please spread the word.

There are alot of different types of food but they arent worth the price you pay. If you ask someone what something is they have no clue. The dessert section has desserts that have been sitting out for awhile and they get hard. A pair of tongs fell on the floor and I handed them to the lady behind the display and she wiped them off then put them back on the display. Yuck! The only thing that was good was the mash potatoes.

The sauté omelettes and pasta is by far the best spot to eat at the grand buffet I literary tried almost everything and that spot is the best James the cook is well mannered and very professional and knows his flavors and can manage to cook for multiple people and still have a good diversity of color and flavor

We ate at the Grand buffet for lunch on Monday. Not worth the wait in line let alone the price. Tuesday we ate at the Island Buffet in the Peppermill Hotel Casino. Five times better than the Grand. Customer service was Double at the Island Buffet. What else can I say. The Grand needs a lot of improvement.

I was very disappointed, as this used to be one of my favorite buffets. The roast beef was marginal, the crab legs were awful and there were virtually no hot vegetables. Additionally, we waited around fifteen minutes before anyone took our drink order. All this for over $20 per person for Sunday brunch.

The food was good I had a lot of options but as I got up to get my desert the woman took everything off our table and pretty much cleared it for another person and as the woman came by our table, she just looked at us and mouthed "oh" and didnt wven apologize for her mistake and I was not pleased.

Was better before they remodeled. Seafood area only had a big bowl of chilled shrimp. The Mexican side only had stuff to make nachos. All the pork was questionable. Pumpkin cheesecake didnt taste like pumpkin at all, tasted like cinnamon ginger cheesecake. Highly disappointed.

Really improved since they redid it a year or so ago. Glad the comps allow us to afford to come. They always have shrimp and a plethora of meats and sides. My favorite? And mind you I dont like sweets much, the creme Brule and the dark chocolate chip ice cream, Wow!

This buffet is awesome now that they have remodeled... great choices of BBQ meats including prime rib, some of the pasta dishes are a little bland... Otherwise you cant beat the basic entrees and sides, plus it has a great desert selection. Lots of choices there!

The worst buffet I have ever been too. Dont waste your money. The surrounding is awful, cafeteria style. Stay away from the seafood, made me and my husband sick for two days.

Unorganized, bad service from our waiter. The crab legs were good but that was about it. And they raised the price. Our waiters favorite response " patients ".

Not a big variety of food and cheesecake is not creamy, it seem like it was made out of podwer milk. Workers are not so friendly.

Not the high end buffet that is everyones dream. Like Island buffet at the Peppermill or the Atlantis better.
