Horrible. So many confusion from the beginning of our visit. My family stopped by for lunch today. We had quite a bit of people. We counted everyone and gave them the number of kids and adults. They spent 10 mins recounting our group over and over agAin! Smh! Their employees are not even on the same page when it comes to the cost of each child and adult. Each waitress told us a different price for dinner and lunch! That made everything more confusing and frustrating for us! At the end, the waitress had the nerve to tell us to not grab a plate of food and play with it or not eat it. Mind you, there was a bug in our shrimp plate so we stopped eating it. Wow! What kind of manager allow their employee to harass their customers? She basically said "next time u guys come dont do that anymore" we gladly replied with "oh we aint coming back anymore. Service werent so great here!" Smh! Yes we will not return.

We got there kinda of late but we wanted dinner and hot so I asked what time they closed.She said dont worry you have plenty of time she also over charged me but did give me my money back. Later on they started closing we did enjoy are meal but,they were cleaning and putting things away we were finishing up,one of the waitress and hostess asked if we wanted anymore food I said no we were finishing up.So she started picking up are plates and she said goodnight we were basically thrown out they were very rude!! They also told us too go out through the side door not the front! My advice to them do not receive anymore guest an hour .Or a half of hour before and tell people that they have plenty of time oh and also get some people skills.Also dont talk about your guest in front of them in your language that it so rude!!

Last Saturday I ate lunch at A star buffet charging me $17 per person but I found beef steak, crawfish, and Oyster were tasteless. There were some internal organs dishes that I did not expect on buffet table. BBQ spare rib, Teriyaki chicken, broccoli beef and steak pieces were overcooked and so tough to chew. There were some authentic Chinese dishes but I did not find them appealing to me. Spicy and sour soup tasted funky to me, but the century egg mince pork congee did taste good. Crab legs did taste okd but the rest of Teppanyakis meat did not look fresh to me. Just a second thought, I guessed this buffet was catering Chinese tourists bought from the tour buses on the weekend thats why the cook made so many Chinese dishes like Chinese style pancake with scallions.

Service was really bad got there at ,,2:41 we where eating then around 3:20 one of the workers that works there put a little tray with fortune cookies in our table I joke to my husban o they whant us to go aredy but went I got up to get more food I notice they put diferent food out so I got some went to seat and starte to eat it then a worker come to my table n said realy loud if you goin to get more food u got to pay cause a 3 we change food ppl where just staring it made me feel like I was stilling she was very rude it was my first time their n will nt go again they need to show them how to talk to custerm n be more repetfull ...I felt so bad that dnt wanted to eat n left the place at 3:30. Rudes pll

Food is okay, Well, they serve their Oysters Warm (which i think cold would be a way better option) and they only bring them out once in a great while so you may not even see them even though you PAID for the dinner price. They serve fresh crab and shrimp but... only if you make in time to see it. Though you pay for Dinner prices you really dont see much of what they have to offer since they seem that they are being stingy with their fish. Customer service was horrible, i only encountered 1 nice employee and we only got to be seated by her and our server, and person taking payments to come in were VERY rude. its like they dont even want you there!

Okay, pricing is just like any other buffet, of course it's good for "thrifty" diners. Food, eh, it tasted OK when it first opened, now, something went horribly wrong. As for service, oh goodness, make sure you confirm not once, not twice, but three times with that cashier that you're willing to pay for the dinner price even if dinner selections aren't for 30 minutes. She will FOLLOW up in 30 minutes to make sure you're not eating the seafood. She will straight up cause a big scene and embarrass you!

I never like the food there, I always feel like the food is so dirty and its kinda pricey. I took my wife there once and she said the food was really good so I took her there on her birthday to celebrate and it was cool they gave her a cake made out of fruit and even sing for her. My wife was pissed the whole time we were there after the Mexican dude( im not racists or anything) working the mongolian grill refuse to give my wife more shrimp, and you call yourselves an all you can eat buffet haha go figure.

The food doesnt have much flavor. Everything was cold and the"beef steak" did not look like beef. The chicken in a stick didnt even taste like chicken. I think it is over priced fit the quality of food. We wont return to this buffet. Most of my family couldnt find anything they liked the flavor to. Very disappointed!

bad its not beef steak its pork.. some of the pork is raw trying to lie to us its beef steak lie lie when i found pork skin .. the owner or manger look like they dont care about these consumer health .. they dont check the food before they serving to these consumer bad

I dont know what is wrong with you people; this place was great. It has a wide variety of Chinese food, along with mongolian barbeque, a sushi bar, salad bar, and lots of seafood. This is my friends and my favorite cheap place to eat. For $12 a head you get a great deal.

Tonights dining experience was horrible and it genuinely makes me wonder how this place has not been shut down. More than a few of the selections were cold, overcooked or tasteless. More importantly, the smell of bleach was overwhelming. Save yourself the disappointment.

We frequent this buffet because the food are consistently good. Much better selection compared to Mitsui or others. (Although I must admit that Mitsui has better sushi selection.) The service is good too, we have nothing to complain about.

The best Chinese buffet in Fresno. Food is great thats why this place is always jam packed during dinner time. Hopefully the food will continue to taste great and not go down the drain like other Chinese buffet that have opened.
