The worst, I am a strong believer in customer-service if the customer-service is not right how can the food be right!!! (my story) I called finga licking (MAIMIA GARDENS LOCATION) because I heard they had a location in Broward. A female answers the phone I say bellow how are you She says fine I ask her do you have a location in Broward County she says yes it is on sunrise boulevard I say May I have the phone number She says OK and never comes back meanwhile I hear her taking orders from the drive-threw. I sat on hold for 10 minutes to no prevail. I attempted to call-back 10 times in a row the line was busy Each time I Will not be spending any money with finga licken !!! Ever.

To overrated very pricey child-like portion it shouldnt cost $62 for 3 ppl especially 2 wing dinner and 1 grill shrimp dinner plus if you want to upgrade the rice its $5 smh i see alot of reviews about there food is good my family and I must have went on a bad day. The restaurant is very nice but prices like this it should be a sit down and drinks should come with the meal, not a mystery drink that begin with lemonade and 3 different syrup with and orange with all that it still taste like lemonade...ppl may like this restaurant& its my opinion but for me not worth my drive or money.

I got the chicken Alfredo & it was so good!! I like that the sauce stuck to the pasta so its not that creamy, just right. Its a little greasy, but that doesnt bother me. The candied yams are soooo good! I love their lemonade and I bought the red velvet cakes, but didnt eat it yet (Im sure it tastes good). There was a lot of people waiting, but I didnt mind because I also work in fast food & know how it can be sometimes. The cashiers were pretty nice & overall it was good service & good food. My stuff came out to $21 (yams, chicken Alfredo, lemonade & cake)

No disrespect, The food was great! But! Customer service SUCKS!!!! Waiter had an attitude, they included the gratuity in the ticket when we already tipped her after attitude, we thought maybe she was having a bad day, and tipping her would change her attitude. Afterward, the ticket was brought out by a different chick, i told her we tipped her with cash, she responded, "I dont have nothing to do with that." I really didnt appreciate that and Ill not eat at this restaurant again! 2nd bad experience with this business. 1st location and 2nd location.

Very disappointing! My husband and I were looking forward to trying this place out; now I wish we hadnt. Overpriced!! The portions were very small. The chicken wings were even smaller (smaller than Wing Stops chicken wings use to be). The lobster bites were okay but also a small portion for $15. Overall, the food wasnt anything special and way over-rated. To make the experience even worse, I was charged .99 for a cup of water from the soda fountain, that was a first! Needless to say, we wont be returning.

Had the fried shrimp dinner (6), mac&cheese, collard greens and a large fruit punch. $22.00 for just me. Asked the cashier for some cocktail sauce for the shrimp, she looked at me like I spoke another language. Both locations are for those that hope to see somebody whos a somebody Why? I think Id be a little nervous going to either spot on the weekend after dark, feels like a shooting waiting to happen. Never seen a restaurant with so many security cameras. Dont think Im bringing the Fam here.

Well it was ok until they completely forgot my homegirl order it was 7 of us we all had our food and she ordered before us and all they did was gv her a free mystery drink mind u we were out of towners and came to check it out bc we heard about it and they need to be more friendlier at fron we was there damn near a hr bc they had done made at least 15 orders after the fact ....but the food was great i had shrimp dinner mac n cheese collard greens and seafood rice.. Oh my order was $29.64

Came here last weekend it was my 1st time visiting Miami. I was told this was the place to be for soul food. Im glad I gave it a try because it definitely was. I had the lobster tail with candied yams & Mac & cheese. It was sooo good!!! Everything was seasoned to perfection. Thats what you call good soul food. Definitely will go again next time I visit Miami. Oh yeah I had the lemon pepper wings as well. Mmmm it was so tasty!!

Food is good but the customer service is HORRIBLE. Server: DWAYNESHA act like she dont want a job,like she doesnt want to be at work. Attitude! Just putting things on the counter like here you go. Its not even busy at 1:30 on a Tuesday. Maybe they dont get training on customer service or something,however this is why black owned business cant succeed. Smh yall have to do better.

Very rude customer service, customers received order that ordered after me and we had the same order of fish and fries. Somehow my order ticket was overlooked and then lost. Ended up taking 45 mins and by then my other food was extremely cold. Didnt even want to give me a cup of water because they had to charge for the "cup". Over all terrible visit. The food was decent at best.

Im visiting from out of town so I stop to eat because I have heard about the restaurant. Over priced for the low quality service and the food lemon pepper chicken wings with fries was very greasy made me sick. the cashier as well as the kitchen staff was very rude.i waited 15 minutes for my food. Only good thing was the mystery drink. I will NEVER try this again.

This is a soul food restaurant thats serving comfort-food @ its best... 2nd location in Miami owned by celebrity DJ Khalid. A cozy corner spot In Miami Gardens...This place is very popular amongst celebrities, you never know who you might run into... They also offer inside or outside dining, but no table service. Be advise theres a lengthy wait time.

Service was horrible.. was warned by another patron walking out as we were coming in, but decided to give another try away because the first experience was great (when it first opened). Way over priced for 6 shrimp and 2 sides at 15.99. Employees act like you owe them for coming in. I supporting the movement... but they need to do better.

For the prices youd think you were getting a decent amount of food. They gave us 6 shrimp, a spoon full of Mac-n-cheese, and a couple of pieces of broccoli. Spent close to $40 on food that wasnt even close to mediocre in taste. No fingericking happened. I wont be eating here again and I suggest you dont waste your time or money either.

My experienced was a little disappointed because my order was not what had expected. Reason for rate 3 stars I like Bones fish and when I placed my fish dinner I asks about fish dinner, waitress said one way about red snapper and it was different from my expectations other that ordeal every thing else was good and taste. That my story.
