Me and my fiance decided to go out to eat for once since its been a while, my fiance read something about this place online and thought we should try this place out. Our first impression of the place and service was fine, and then when we got up to choose our food there really wasnt much of a variety of Chinese dishes to choose from....very disappointed with the lack of variety. Also, not to mention a lot of it just looked unappetizing and the food wasnt even hot. We did go about an hour before they were supposed to close, but even still i expected the food to be somewhat warm... the "desserts" they had looked gross too, and once again, not much to choose from.. I noticed they had one of those big cases of ice cream , there was about 6 different flavors I think. I was extremely disappointed in how melted and sloppy the ice cream was, and for some odd reason they had mixed birthday cake with mint chocolate chip?! Gross! Some even looked like people had put their unfinished ice cream BACK on top of whatever kind they got.... I noticed there were flies flying around on food. Overall, this has had to be the worst, most disgusting buffet i have ever been to. For being a "Chinese" buffet, they really lacked the whole "Chinese" food aspect of it. Oh, and one more thing i forgot to mention.. my fiance and I had no idea we couldnt take our leftover food home with us.... we soon found out we had to pay for anything we wanted to take home when the (Im guessing it was the owner) freaked out on me when he saw my fiance go out the door with the food we had put in boxes, and as i tried to go get her to tell her to come back he was tripping on me and grabbed me and was yelling at me to pay for it all.....worst experience and worst buffet ever.

I used to like coming here but since its just got dirtier & nasty would not recommend. We had stopped going here & my mom wanted us to take her out a few days ago she chose this place after a long while (yrs) & not just herself noticed how nasty the floors, carpet, bathrooms, walls are not only that the worker that sits aside making the Chinese food was touching/on his cell phone (no gloves) & back touching the food they prepare non stop while we where there back & fourth. I was just wondering if thats how filthy the place is how would the kitchen look in there w/all the plates they gather up, preping food & cooking etc...

Been here a few times. The staff is nice, the food is all you can eat when dining in and by the pound to go (price changes depending on lunch or dinner time), and I never had any problems til I ate some questionable coconut shrimp that may have just been sitting out too long, but I ended up having bad squirts and vomiting that night and the next morning. If you choose to dine here, watch for when they bring out fresh food from the kitchen and go for that first or you might be playing poison roulette.

15 years of eating here !! Love this reliably wonderful Chinese (with Japanese sushi & seaweed salad ) buffet!!! Great place for a quick lunch or dinner or a slow & quiet one. Good prices for a takeout lunch too. Lots of choice, some basic American for the picky eater in the group. Nice desserts too!! The cashier & servers are always nice with speedy service if Im in a no -lunch -time- hurry.

The person in the front was very rude and mean, he yelled at all the waiters for the smallest things! Not only that, but when you try to tell him anything about the service he replies with, "If you dont like it you can leave."

Everything here is very disgusting,the only thing thats good here is the jello and even I give that around a 4.If you want bad service come to Royal Buffet if u want flies and bugs in ur soup come to Royal Buffet!!!
