Quite possibly the worst Chinese restaurant Ive ever eaten at. The poster on the outside of Perfection Buffet, shows a clean, well lit establishment with three buffet tables crammed full of delicious Asian, American and Japanese foods. When you walk inside, what you get is far different. The interior is dark, the windows shuttered. The buffet table trays are half empty or completely empty, and the food room temperature at best. On my last visit (I gave the place 2 chances to impress me) the trays for the sweet and sour pork, and egg rolls remained empty for quite a long time. I kindly asked the lady at the cash register if they could refill these and she spoke to the chef in Chinese, at which time a loud argument ensued between the two. Minutes later the chef came out of the kitchen and slammed fresh trays of sweet and sour and egg rolls into their places, then sulked back off. Needless to say, the display killed my appetite and I paid my bill and left. The fruit and vegetables in the salad and desert table appear to be re-used from days previous. The water melon is clearly drying. The salad greens are wilted. I would strongly urge people considering eating here to find another Chinese buffet. Fresno has several good alternatives.

I and my nephews live next to Yosemite Int. Airport, which puts Perfection Buffet close to home. For the past three years this has been one of our favorite places for take out. Weve come to know the friendly staff quite well, and have memorized the menu from our frequent visits and our try something new every time we order policy. Ive yet to run across a menu item that failed to meet with our satisfaction. My particular favorites are the Honey Walnuts Chicken, the General Tsos Chicken and Mandarin Deluxe Pan-Fried Noodles. I agree with the review by Rhyan, the chef is a master of hot & spicy dishes. And he isnt afraid to turn up the heat a little more if asked. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions, but the negative reviews are way off. I cant help thinking that these are people with an ax to grind, because my experiences at Perfection over the past several years have been totally the opposite. This restaurant has a legion of loyal customers including numerous members of the Air National Guard community nearby, and customer loyalty speaks for itself.

For a little hole in the wall restaurant, its actually pretty good. Everyone I have taken here has loved the food. Like any buffet, the food sometimes takes a little while to get out into the buffet trays, depending on how many people are in the restaurant. Usually they have their food stocked and freshly cooked. My friend and I go there just about once a week, and have been going there for a while now. They really seem to have their act together. For a small operation, they do really well. Besides, the food is amazing. I havent had anything I dont like at this place. There is always the same woman working as the cashier and waitress. She is always very nice, and tries hard to make us feel welcomed. My soda is never empty for more than about a minute or two, before she fills the cup up again. I really like this place, and I believe that most people who go there will. Please feel free to try it, and see for yourself. I believe that you will really like the food. Oh, and get the Fried Cheese and Crab Won tons, they are the best I have ever had.

I like the fact that this place is close by and I can get Chinese food without having to go to panda express. The price is fair but when it comes to take out its a totally different ball park. the food is okay ive had better. I just like the convenience of the location. I went there once to get take out and the dude at the front told me 8.99 for the box, okay i figure after tax im looking at maybe 10 bucks. When i came to the front with my food ready to pay there was a chick working the cashier and she was all like there is an extra charge for sea food. I grabbed about 3-4 pieces of crab legs figure my kids would like it. I was like ok maybe 1-2 bucks charge or something like that then the lady goes 15 bucks and some change. I was almost shocked but to save face I just paid it. Wow talk about a kick to the balls shezz

I discovered Perfection Buffet when I used to work down the street from it. Dont let its humble nature fool you... the cook there can whip up a tremendous feast. The chow mein and the fried rice are the best Ive ever had. Their menu specializes in chicken dishes, offering a variety of different possibilities... orange chicken, sesame chicken, teriyaki chicken (on a stick), chicken with mushrooms, kung pao chicken, chicken with mushrooms and vegetables... you get the point. If you like well-prepared Asian chicken dishes, this is the place to go. They also have a fruit and sushi buffet as well, which I havent had the opportunity to try (Im usually too busy at the other buffet tables!) Its a great place, give it a shot.

Living within easy walking distance of Perfection, I regularly get take out from this restaurant. While its not the best Chinese food Ive eaten in Fresno, its far from the worst and better than several other restaurants I could list. The staff are very friendly and focused on getting the customer what they want. The interior is clean and pleasant. The buffet offers a nice selection of items, at a fair price. The chef excels with hot and spicy dishes. Id recommend any of the fiery specials on the menu. The special fried rice is my favorite item. For a small price you get a ton of rice, full of shrimp, beef, pork, chicken and veggies. Hits the spot.

For such a dive looking place the food is surprisingly good. It doesnt have the selection of some of the larger Chinese Buffets but everything Ive tried there has been better than those higher profile place (Im looking at you Tang Dynasty). The food is a little greasy but not so much as to make me think twice about eating there again.

BE AWARE EVERYONE ! THE PICTURE OF FOOD AND PLACE DOES NOT BELONG TO THIS JOINT ! NO SUCH Buffet that You see in the Picture You would Find in this Old And Crummy Place. THEY LIED !! Place Needs a MAJOR Reconditioning of their Buffet Section and Fix their A/C. Yes it was Low Price, But It Must be Appetizing and Presentable enough to Eat and Enjoy, Not to Eat and Get the HECK out of there Just Because They LIED and Dragged You there with False Pics.! I wont Eat there Anymore .

Tried this place for the first time yesterday. Was not impressed. The service was atrocious and the food was cold. There was no music playing and no one was talking. Almost dead silence the entire time so the atmosphere left a lot to be desired. Charged me twice on a drink and refused to fix it so I paid my bill and left. I would definitely not come back here.
