$50 for a miserable experience. Lets start with the good: the food was very good and there was plenty of it. Also, our waitress was fine. Everything else was bad. - Probably the worst thing about the place is the fact that the atmosphere closely resembles that of a Chuck E. Cheese restaurant with bajillions of screaming kids. I dont know how people can afford to go there with all those kids since it cost us $50 for 3 people at lunch. - And thats the second badness: its pretty expensive. - Third, like just about every restaurant in the country, now days, its COLD (winter or summer). Looking around the eating area, just about everyone is sitting there eating their food in their coats. - Fourth, the diet Cokes we got initially were bad. Apparently, they empty and clean their ice bins at night and the soda lines run beneath them. With the bins empty, the soda in those lines goes flat and picks up an odd flavor from being stagnant and warm. Once they ran the old stuff out of the lines, our replacement drinks were fine. Still, that purging should be standard operating procedure. - Fifth, we got the wrong bill. To try distancing ourselves from the screaming kids, we moved early in our stay. Unfortunately, the computers didnt keep up with us and when we checked out, we got our replacement partys bill. We caught it after we finished paying and they promptly finagled the bills so everything worked out. - And, finally, Red Robin had gone to a self-pay methodology. Each table has a terminal on it where you do the whole checkout thing. Thats fine for young people. But, its got to be driving older people away. My mother-in-law (85 years old) wanted to pay for the meal and had to go through the process of using that terminal. She was miserable. In fact, she said she wont go to Red Robin any more. After our experience there, we have to agree with her. Its a shame, since the food is so good. But, for 10% of what we paid here, we could have had pretty good food in a better environment at the Sams Club cafe.

Visited location today with my girlfriend and her daughter. We were helped by Cassandra who was nice. I ordered the fiery ghost pepper burger with a side of garlic herb fries. My girlfriend ordered the new BBQ pork burger with a side of regular steak fries. Her daughter ordered a kids pizza and a side of fries. It took a while to get our food but not terribly long. None the less both my fries and my girlfriends fries were cold but we were so hungry we just decided to eat them. My girlfriends daughter didnt get her pizza at least 15-20 minutes after we received our meals. So Cassandra offered to bring her out some fries while we waited. By the time her pizza came out my food along with my girlfriends was cold as well. When we first ordered our meals we asked for 2 sauces for my girlfriend and myself. It took us asking Cassandra 3 additional times to finally get some dipping sauce 20 mins after receiving our already cold food. My girlfriend was not pleased with her BBQ pulled pork burger. It came with pickles after she asked Cassandra to have them removed. And I never received my garlic herb fries. Over all this was a tough Sunday evening experience, Im moving to this area and I really hope this isnt the normal service because this is my is one of my familys favorite places to eat.

This is my "no fail" place to go eat. Ive always had an awesome experience here every time ive gone. Ive gone on date night and ive also gone with the whole family, kids and all... its VERY kid-friendly! Everything on the menu is delicious with generous portions. Some of my faves are the A1-peppercorn burger, Bonsai Burger, Southwestern Chicken Pasta, Fish & Chips, and the Seafood Scatter. They definitely have something for everyone. (I always, ALWAYS have such a hard time choosing). Another plus is their kids menu. (I have two youngsters) It has way more options than your typical chicken, corn dog and burger menu, including ribs, pizza, pasta and macncheese (TIP: their mac has FREE refills!).then they get to pick what side and drink they want, so its very customizable, great for those picky eaters! Their drink menu is also great... I personally love their peach tea. They also have a full bar and beers on tap, although their draught beer list is a little lacking. (oh well, it is a family joint afterall) ;) Only downsides is that it can get VERY busy on friday and saturday nights so if you want to converse with your guest in peace, dont go these days and times. :)

Ordered on the phone. The woman taking my order was rude and unpleasant. The fries were terrible soggy and cold. The burger was so soggy and cold it was almost inedible. For $10.64 it was horrible I would rather go to Carls Jr or in n out burger and have a hot non soggy burger for a fraction of the price. I have been sitting on the toilet now for 1 hour and 21 minutes, having an extremely unpleasant experience. I will NEVER eat here again. If you are reading this dont eat red robin just go to in n out trust me you will thank me later. Thanks for ruining my day Red Robin. Oh almost forgot the food came with a ranch in a 2 oz container. The container was only half full so 1 oz of ranch. So you get less than a shot of ranch. Less than a ketchup packets worth of ranch. If they are that cheap with the ranch what else are they cheap on? Sanitation? Cleanliness? Raises red flags for me as I sit on the toilet for an hour and a half. I am one very disgruntled former customer.

Visited this location for a birthday dinner (party of 5). What we were told would be a 20 min wait turned into an hour. After waiting 35 minutes we checked with the hostess to inquire and were told they had a table for us but it needed to be cleaned, which took another 20 minutes. No one bothered to apologize for our wait. Once we were seated they were kind enough to immediately serve us fries; and thank goodness they did since we didnt get our food for another 30 minutes. I watched a man who appeared to be the manager visit every table around us to apologize for the service that evening and offer discounts for the inconvenience. He didnt however bother to look our way let alone stop and talk with us. Our waitress made a few in our party shout orders to her rather than be bothered to walk to the other end of the table. Atmosphere was loud, service and food were fair. We have visited this location in the past without any issue, and because of that a two star rating.

I eat here usually once or twice a month. Food is like every other Red Robin and service is usually good. Minutes ago, just tonight I asked for a booth and the host told us it would be a 25 minute wait. Not a big deal and I told her that we would wait. She then asked us if a half booth half table would be okay which I responded no we will wait for a full booth. She responded with well it doesnt work like that and I would have to take what comes first. First of all, I am the customer I will get what I ask for not what you tell me I will take, second of all the way this girl talked to me she shouldnt have a job in customer service. I responded with No we will go somewhere else and walked out. Im on my way to Casa Don Juans about a 20 minute drive farther away from home where the service never lets me down. Sorry Red Robin but I hold grudges and you can kiss my business goodbye.
