The worst service ever!!! I work at the mall and only get a half hr break. I waited 25mins and only had 5 mins to eat. It wasnt busy or there wasnt a line to explain why they took forever. I ask if there was another person or if he can give me my order because im on a time schedule. The guy ignored me. A customer even told the guy to help me first because she understood that i was on break and saw that the guy ignore me. He ignored her as well. When he finally gave me my order my side food wasnt in the bag. Now i know never to go there on my break or in general.

I am a big fan of Popeyes, however this specific place is giving Popeyes a bad rep. The food is always cold and greasy. The staff is not happy, and unhappy staff means poor quality and customer service. My Popeyes of choice is in lindenhurst off of sunrise. I literally do not mind the travel past the mall because the food there is ALWAYS FRESH.

The place is clean , limited inside seating but I ordered the food to go. I was taken care of by 2 friendly polite girls ( Shantalazia and Quenia) they helped me get the biggest bang for my dollar. They offered me suggestions/specials that were not on the menu. I couldnt be happier to have stumbled upon this location.

A food-court location with parking area access, this Popeyes was relatively clean with limited seating within the restaurant. Theres ample seating in the food court. The staff was working as fast as they could as it was really busy. A good addition to the food court.

We didnt get even a tray or a box to use. Very overpriced for what you get. I mean I think that KFC gives you better food. Minimal seating at the restaurant. We also didnt even get a knife, I ended up using a napkin as my tray and decided to take it home.

Employee hygiene is inadequate, charge and shipped to see chicken and do not wash their hands and do not wear gloves, and mistreat customers, we must ask napkins, forks and aderesos ie sauces.

Check you order before leaving. Ordered 2pc meal white meat, got home and found a leg and a wing. The beans and rice tasted vinegary and I had no napkins or utencil in the bag.

Absolute garbage. Food is never warm. The staff doesnt care. Fries and tenders are greasy and soggy. Dont waste your time. Go to any other popeyes.

Get it with the funky spongy bread Tingmo. I think its rice-based. It taste like the outside of a steamed bun. It soaks the chilli very nicely.
