Ive eaten here many times but tonight, I was disappointed with my order. My dish usually has lots of lettuce & sour cream but not to night. When I asked for a little more lettuce & sour cream, I was told by the manager that, it would be extra. I told them I didnt want a side but for them to return it to the kitchen & have them add more lettuce & sour cream. They came back perfect like always prior to tonight. Server was awesome, very considerate & patient. Manager needs to learn customer service & that it doesnt take much to keep regular customers, happy & coming back. After all of this, I enjoyed my meal & so did my friend.

Service was poor . Wendys has better burgers than this place .we ordered mushroom burgers which cost about 8$ and probably had 5 tiny mushrooms on it (over exaggerating of course ) fries tasted stale and ice tea was just a big cup of ice ..Ill hit up subway next time.the up side was a very cool sports themed restaurant but and TVs at each individual booth..

Food just OK - the place is called Burgers & Beer. Stick to that and youll be ok. Burger was good sized and properly cooked. Cobb salad is pretty sad - two slices of hard boiled egg, 1/4 of a tomato and avocado and O&V dressing included white vinegar. Curly Fries arent worth the extra - they have no seasoning on them.

The food selection was excellent, and it was very good. The burger choices are great! The beer selection is also very good. When I first got there I did wait over 10 minutes just for a water at the bar, and never got it. Mildly annoying, but not a show stopper.

Come here to eat frequently and find that the food is Fairly reliable e good. The margaritas are always a good price. And if youre into sports and want to watch things they have a TV on every table so you can watch what you want to watch.

THE SPOT FOR SPORTS. Great service, great food, reasonably priced. If youre a sports fan look no further. Gustavo, one of the managers is as friendly and customer service oriented as can be. Take a cab and be responsible. Great Place!

Excellent service, frosty mugs with each pitcher, excellent servers.. Would highly recommend for great food and beverages. Dawn was our server and was excellent!!!! Friendly, polite and a real asset to this establishment!

Been here more times then I could count but today was horrible waited for mor then 30mins for a party of six and was sat at a booth for four I can go on but just horrible service left before I got to sit down

Visiting from Nebtaska where we have the best beef! Had GREAT Burgers, wings, apps, cold beer frosty glasses. Excellent service from DAWN and decent prices. Lots of TVS for any sport...hard to beat!!!!

Dont expect too much from the food, people usually come here for drinks. I once ordered spaghetti from kids menu for my son. It was mushy. Staff is friendly and checks in on us quite often.

Stopped in for a tuna melt and a beer. Caught a basketball game in the tv (the private tv for our table) and found great service. The bill was so low it looked like a typo. Well be back ☺

Food is always good, as is the service. The fries can be mushy on occasion, but as a whole a good experience. If you cant find something to eat on their expansive menu, youre not hungry.

Asked for very well done burger but got medium; lettuce had brown edges; wedge fries were OK. $16 with ice tea and tax, I expect much better. Service was good and I left a good tip.

This is the first date place me and my girl went to. We loved the tasty burgers and cold draft beer! Having your own tv to watch at your comfy booth. Great service and nice place!

Good portion sizes but a little on the high side. Burgers range 7-10 and you PAY EXTRA FOR FRIES! Good food but better value was next door at Red Robbin.
