It’s got the ambiance of the inside of a skunk, but the food here more than makes up for it. The tables were quite dirty after the lunch rush and no one was going around to clean them, so grab a fistfull of napkins before taking a seat. The service is friendly if not a little slow for a fast food place, but at least you know food is made fairly fresh. The fries are always made by hand in a press, and though they are a bit bland and a little flacid, dressed up in animal style sauce, they are pretty good. The burgers are definitely the draw here and for good reason. The patties are delicious and even the bun is great. It stands as one of the best fast food chains in a deserved spot.

The burgers and fries are amazing here, especially animal style. The soft drinks taste way better than other restaurants, and the shakes are the greatest! The customer service is really second to none as they always aim to please. Ive eaten at many In-N-Outs, but have frequented this one at least a hundred times over the years, because Ive had nothing but great experiences here. By far my favorite one... For now

The food is good, but my problem was always with the long drive-thru lines at this location, especially in the afternoon. This location has lines as far as the eye can see; lines which extend across the parking lot and even into the street.

Cant pass by, have to stop and pick up a burger. The location is very low end, but the burgers live up to the highest standards. It also can be very busy at main traffic hours, so better to avoid the main hours if you have no time.

I have been going to INO since I was 15yrs old I worked with old man Snider @ #1 in Baldwin Park , and the quality has always been a cut above the rest. Hard to beat the best thing in town.

What more can you say about In-N-Out? This particular location is the only location in the Indio-La Quinta area. A definite must during the Coachella festival season.
