I live in the neighborhood of this burger king for 6 yrs, when we found out they were building a burger king we were very excited cause theres not much in the area besides a jack in the box. The first month they opened everything was great, the food and customer service. Shortly after opening everything went south very fast, every time we attempt to eat there the entire order is either wrong or the food is old and dry so we stopped eating there all together and we gave them plenty chances. Its been at least a year now since we ate there, and today we decided to give it another shot. We ordered firey chicken fries, and a kids meal with a plain cheese burger, very simple. Well we got home and pulled the food out, the fries must had been sitting hours and were dead cold and dry, heres the part Im super pissed about and felt compelled to write this review to warn others about this burger king, the Palin cheese burger in the kids meal, they wiped off the ketchup and mustard so to make it look like it was "now plain" OMFG I am so heated I drove this food right back to the store and told the manager about them selves. While I was waiting for my refund Im standing there watching the cook prepare food with gloves on but constantly wipes his hand on his shirt and repetitively reaches down to pull up his pants by the belt while he is wearing the gloves and then continues to prepare more food, how gross is that. I have several negative words for this place I cant even begin to express here, but here are a few, gross, vial, imoraly wrong too order a plain cheese burger for my son and they wipe off the ketchup and mustard completely gross, very possible the cook that has trouble keeping his pants up wiped it off with the same gloves! NEVER NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I EAT AT THIS BURGER KING DIVE HOLE AGAIN!!! IF THEY CANT GET ANYTHING RIGHT AFTER 3 YRS, THEY NEVER WILL! ON A SIDE NOTE THEY ARE BUILDING A COSTCO SHOPPING CENTER ACCROSS THE STREET ON BERMUDA AND ST ROSE AND I CANNOT WAIT! THANK YOU FOR ALLOWING ME TO EXPRESS HOW BAD THIS RESTERAUNT REALLY IS!

I just stopped by there to eat since I absolutely love burger King, always have! Me and my fiance go through the drive thru where a female answers and sounds so uninterested to be at work. So that alone the customer service was terrible. I dont know who hires these kids but they must be on something. One they have no personality and look miserable as of they hate their job. Also they dont even use proper grammar. I felt like I was talking to a 2nd grader. I got a double bacon cheese whopper which was missing a pattie and was freezing cold. Like, how hard is it to make sure you put 2 patties for a DOUBLE cheeseburger guys!!!!!! My fries were stale and also ice cold. Unbelievable. This is the worst fast food experience Ive ever had. Dont come here!

For some reason, this branch has been getting our orders wrong. One drive through, there was no cream and sugar with our coffee...we havent gotten far so we just went back and dined in. Our second drive through, we ordered three meals so there should have been three fries but there was only two. We were already in the house so cant be bothered to go back anymore. No other close fast food in the area so settling with this BK... until other fast foods open in this area.

Mike was overcharging me $3.56 I asked for a refund because he was giving me the wrong order, he HAD STATED THAT he already made the order!!!!!In the begin I was suppose to be charge $16.39 and then I had simply asked for for small drinks. The total then increased to 23.72 Mike stated he had already made the order!!!!!!! Never ever coming back, employees are super rude and dont want to give refunds!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the worst BK! Ordering burgers, no onions, no ketchup and u get a dry burger that was transferred from an old burger! Slightly warm but more on the cold side. Hatd fries that coat your mouth with bad grease, so greasy fries, chicken sandwich the same. Nothing was fresh or hot! After giving them 5 chances I will not return! I love a hot burger and fresh fried from BK. BK quit doing their best!!!

"Dont go here" At 11:00 pm Tuesday July 7,2015 I arrived at burger king on st rose Pkwy it took them over 30 min to get my order to me and I was the only customer in line at the time. Also the cashier seemed as if she had somewhere better to be then at work after telling her 3 times I wanted ranch for my sauce with my nuggets she still gave me honey mustard instead horrible service no excuses

This one is terrible! Have been there a few times, as I live down the street so it is convenient. Everytime we go it is something. Either the food is wrong, cold, or takes forever to get through the drive through. It is now to the point we drive out of the way to go to Jack-in-the-box down the street.

In the hierarchy of burgers. They are the king. I prefer a more democratic approach to burgers. Let me see your grill. You want to see my what? Your grill. Go to burger and get a grilled bk all day. Bk your way, BK is the only way.

IDK, the BK on 3830 St. Rose Parkway is great. My food was very good, and when I told one of the employees Princesses that there was no Cherry Coke she wasted no time in getting me one from the back. Im glad I stopped here.

Worst. Drive. Thru. Ever..... they never get my order right. I always have half of my order missing. Wish there was a McDonalds there instead. Ill be driving the distance now. At least Ill know my order will be correct.

Customer service was the only good thing about this location. Food was over cooked, oil for frying was very old and tasted burnt. Not a very clean store.

Overall not a bad Burger King location. The dining area was pretty tidy and the breakfast sandwiches werent smashed or cold, which is always a plus.

My order has NEVER been right at this location. They re-fry the fries, hashborwns and onion rings to make them seem hot, but theyre stale.
