Horrible service! Ordered a shake for my 4yr old daughter when ordering food. I was told that she would bring it to our table. At this point no one was ordering behind us. She appearantly didnt get right to making the shake after taking our order and payment. Within a few minutes several new customers came in to order. After 5 or so minutes I asked about the shake I ordered and she said she would bring it out in a minute. Waited and waited. By this point we were half way thru our meal so I went back to the cashier and just asked to cancel and refund for the shake and was told "Ill bring your refund to you"... waited and waited. Eventually went back up to order station and was given my refund. Hasnt this place ever heard of completing an order and help a customer completely instead of blowing them off for new customers to the point that the first customer needs to cancel part of their order and ask for a refund... and to make matters worse still make that customer wait for the refund to help other new customers that came way after. Its a shame the burgers were really good but the chances of me coming back to a place that will put me in a position of listening to my 4 yr old ask for her shake the entire meal is ZERO especially considering how the entire situation was handled!

1st and most likely my last visit to this location or food chain. Prices are comparable to Five guys or Habit Burger but did not offer as great quality. Ordered 2 burgers (medium), onion rings and chili cheese fries because they were out of sweet potato fries. Our order took about 20 min. for having no other customers waiting for an order. Burgers were not cooked as requested. And seeing as the main items sold are burgers meat temp is important! The onion rings were ok but a bit overdone. The condiment area was in disarray and unclean and located at the center of the entrance area which should have been a flag to heed. The soda machine located to the right has a defect so beware of spilt drinks or ice. If you must use the facilities i suggest you bring your own TP it certainly is the thinnest and cheapest paper I have seen to date. Service was ok although they lacked any personality to sell the experience of "Worlds Greatest Hamburgers". Disappointed with my experience especially since my husband and I both have upset stomachs right after dining here.

Pretty bad service. Cashier couldnt tell us about the sandwiches. As per usual they were out of their "exclusive" cream sodas. Couldnt tell me when they would have it in again. Condiment table was pretty dirty and the toppings looked pretty sad wilted lettuce and whatnot. The kids macaroni was congealed and was obviously sitting for hours without being stirred or anything. I get it youre not going to make a fresh pot of mac n cheese for my kid but he doesnt want crusty poor quality microwaved macaroni. Overall a pretty bad experience.

Disclaimer: this is not fast food. Imagine walking to a cafe, where you order at the counter and wait for your food. Its worth the wait. My burger and fries were made to order and hot off the grill and fryer. However, for the cost of the experience, Id rather be served. Many great bars and cafes with delicious burgers in Las Vegas.

Good food just pricey. 7.99 for a chicken sandwich without cheese. Add cheese for a 1.00. Then a combo is fries and a drink for 4.49. So two sandwichs with fries and two soft drinks was a grand total of 29 dollars with tax. I thought it was good but not for a serve yourself burger joint. Wont go unless I have a coupon from now on.

Our expectation was not high because we were just looking for a quick bite... How wrong we were. This has been one of the highlights in Vegas. The friendliness and enthusiasm of Tina was awesome the burgers were extremely well. We voted and this our final diner destination of our 3 week US vacation!!

I give this place a try on 2/12/2010 it is nothing likeFuddruckers In VA I used to go to. You don’t see the meat that is being prepared or choose it like it was in VA. It tasted like an old shoes, ughhh!!! Everything so grassy and old . I will never go there again .

Have never eaten here but Ill be coming back for sure. My friend Winston dragged me here under being held captive by his car. But I have to admit it was an awesome lunch idea . He told me I wouldnt regret and he was right again. Thanks Winston for taking me to Fuddies

Stopped in on the way to meet someone at the airport and was pleasantly surprised. The counter girl was super friendly, the girl clearing tables was sweet and working hard and our burgers were cooked just to the point wed requested.

Burger was great but the onions, grilled and raw, were terrible. Out too long for raw and no idea what happened to the grilled onions. Lettuce was limp as well. Wedge fries were excellent and burger was cooked to perfection.

My son loves this place. Kids eat free on Monday and Tuesdays. He loves the complimentary cheese sauce for his fries. Have some good low cal or lighter options if you are not feeling up to a heavy burger.

One of the best burgers Ive had in a long time. Im from out of state and my city no longer has Fuddruckers. The burgers are fresh and juicy. Their buns are freshly made. All in all they are fantastic.

Its good for what a burger place. Not so great when youre trying to stick to a healthier diet. Not many healthy options unless youre ok just eating a salad. More healthy protein options please.

People are deaf, ordered 2 of each meal as combos, got 1 as combo 1 without. Then they wouldnt correct it without charging, and order taker acted like I was crazy . Wtf?

Food is good, but management, please do something about keeping the place cleaner. Many dirty tables and the restrooms were not better. Looks like more staff needed.
