To the owner of this location: One of your employees despicable behavior should be brought to your attention. Chantanay. ( not sure about the spelling ) Shes a young girl that works at your location. She has an extremely rude disposition and attitude about her employment. Many people would be greatfull in this economy to have any decent job. She complains about having nothing to do, having a terrible boss who she feels is annoying, mean, inconsiderate, etc. Who actually expects her to do work! Imagine that. She complains about the lack of customers coming to the business and how pushy the boss/ owner is about a list of things all pertaining to work. Perhaps a gloomy or bad disposition can also attribute to potential clients going elsewhere. Pleasant and friendly employees can help bring in customers. If I was the owner of this business I would definitely want to know who was working for me. Replace her with a pleasant, grateful employee that will improve your business not hurt it instead. Just my thoughts. Best wishes to you in continuous success with your franchise and getting rid of any bad karma.

I love the food at Fatburger (aka "The last Great Hamburger Stand"). Especially their hamburgers and their egg sandwiches. The hamburgers are huge and cooked just the way I like them. The problem is their prices. The standard hamburger, fries, and a Coke (and it IS Coke, not Pepsi -- Yay!) will cost almost $12 BEFORE taxes. Heck, that large Coke, alone, after taxes, will cost $3.12. But, that could just be old-person talk. We no longer get change back for our dollar anywhere. So, maybe you consider these reasonable prices. Regardless, the food is excellent.

I have seen the female manager prep food on the trash cans in the back, ive seen food and cups fall on the ground and be put back and used on a later date, the meat is most of the time a week past the expiration date. They touch your food without washing their hands or wearing gloves.

No pricing on menu but it has the calories? Anyways, shocked when the smallest cheeseburger, fries and iced tea combo came out to nearly $13.00. On the upside, its never busy...in and out quick , food was pretty good but not worth the doubled price.
