I love pizza hut but this had to be probably the worst customer service I have ever had they told me it was a 45 minute wait and I was totally okay with that. I completly understand it gets busy. An hour passes by and still no food i call to make sure they are at least on there way and they tell me the drives was here and banged on my door there is more than five people in my house if I wouldnt have heard it someone had to. So I asked if they called and they tell me I gave them the wrong number , why would I do that? I can hear some one in the back round talking about it , so I say well okay miscommunication it could have happened so I ask them well can you guys just come back out here , but like any other person I would want my food fresh so i asked them if they would re do the order since it has been over an hour and they tell me they are going to give me the same food! I will just take money back thank you. Really pizza hut you got to do something about your employees.

This was my first time ordering from Pizza Hut. We asked for delivery. My boyfriend and I waited a whole hour until we received a call from the store. They did tell us that they did not notice our location when we put in the order and that they do not deliver to that side of town. Mind you that the store is less than 5 miles away from our house. They said we could come and pick up the pizza ourselves and that they would give us a 20% discount. After their mistake and the inconvenience of waiting a whole hour, I would come pick it up only if it was for free. I am not impressed with their level of customer service.

I do like to rate chains a little differently than their counterparts, and Pizza Hut is no exception. 4/5 as a chain, 3/5 as a restaurant. Their food and service was satisfying, and the pizza was hot upon delivery. Wait time for deliver wasnt bad. I started a movie, and somewhere early in the middle the pizza arrived. Thats a highly subjective measurement of time, but it got there before the movie finished, so I could enjoy both food and movie. Either way the pizza was hot, and the toppings seemed relatively fresh.

would give less than 1 star if possible, lady manager "jen" was very rude and hung up on me, and when I called back and recorded the call asking to speak to the manager, she put me on hold for 8 minutes then the call mysteriously hung up.... I called back, recording the call, telling them I was recording and she said the district manager said not to take my order. When I asked to talk to the district manager, she (Jen) hung up on me again. Very poor service.

First time ordering from Pizza Hut for delivery and the service is ridiculous. Waited 1hr40 min for it to be delivered and on top of that didnt get what I ordered. I paid for it and they didnt want to deliver the rest of my order. And had ask to come get it myself when clearly the whole point is for my food to get delivered. These people are ridiculous esp. their manager. Definitely needs better customer service and a manager that can run the store.

I ordered online and church street absolutely destroyed my order! Added a topping a didnt even choose I grab one with all meat one veggie and guess what? It was more like a special for both all f up. The pizza is great and I love it! But I would recommend you guys hire people that could possibly read whats on ordered or can tell the difference between meat and veggies..

This is my second time trying to place a order online....Every time they say that the offer is not up anymore...WEBSITE SUCK, horrible customer service, and food as good as any other pizza place.... My question is, who is responsible for the freaking website...HUGE company that does not update website...They should learn with DOMINOS how to deal with website

horrible service!! i called asking to place an order to my girlfriends house 2.5 miles away. he takes my address, fumbles around for a few minutes and then tells me that i need to call the store directly? who was i calling then? its the number listed on the website and on google search. very confusing and unfortunate..

Ordered online for my family, as Ive done many times before, for carryout. On the way there my car was rear-ended and couldnt be driven. They wouldnt send a delivery driver out to complete the order because "their driver would get fired if they went over the bridge." Thanks for the help, Pizza Hut!

First we asked for cheesy bread sticks and got poorly made and burnt bread sticks. On top of that that the cinnamon sticks had a whole chunck missing. Last but not least the pizza completely fell apart when trying to remove the slices.

Food is good but you have to wait mor then an hour for your food to arrive and they never pick up the phone the company needs to hire a store manager that can run that store and employ employees that strive for customer service
