Ive just recently had my final straw with this location, theyve messed up too many orders to count, but this last one was the worst. I ordered a meal with 6 total burgers (dollar menu stuff) I get home and get a little into the first one to look down and see the meat is still VERY pink... I start to unwrap the rest and find some are still cold in the middle, and all of them are bright pink and raw, now Im realizing other people in my family have already made it into these moo-ing patties. When I called I was told the only way to get a refund is to come in M-F 8-4, well, I have what is called a real job and am not going to take time out of my workday in Boise to drive to Nampa to get my $15 refund. I called the general manager 4 times on his pager (who the hell has a pager anymore???) and have yet to hear back from him, this is extremely unprofessional. Because of this terrible experience I will be staying away from all BKs forever, this franchise will never see another penny of my money!!! One other thing to point out is the blatant display of dishonesty I have seen EVERY SINGLE TIME Ive visited this location. They have a sensor installed below the window that measures the amount of time cars spend at the drive through, most likely to assist the GMs or higher ups at BK determine the performance of their employees, and every time I pull around the corner the employee at the window is leaning out and intentionally covering it with their hand. Its not just one employee every time, its all of them, its like they are all trained to do that from day one, and theyre trusting these people with money?

Nampa Burger King. I took my family through the drive thru one evening and the guy over filled out drink carrier he went to give it to me and ended up spilling our sodas into my car . I was soaked as well as my whole inside of my driver door and my seat s and floor were soaked. Well I have called trying to speak with the manager regarding this issue due to my power windows or locks do not work now cause of the soda being spilled. The first person I talked to was a joke as well as their manager there. I asked to speak to the person above her which she didnt know name or how to get a hold of them. Next time I called they gave me his name but no number and said he will be in on Monday. Well its almost been two months now, no call back nothing. I call several times a week since this happened and still nothing. Very disappointed and upset. Poor management

Went Sunday thru the drive thru ordered a no#5 , a no#9, chicken fries, a small fry & a lucky charm shake, got through the drive thru & stopped In front to check my order, it was missing the sandwich for the no#5 after going back in and asking for my sandwich the girl said I know I put the sandwich in the bag like I was lying, I told her to go look in my car its not in there, she rolled her eyes at me like whatever, they had the receipt wrong too she had rang me for 2 no#9s, so I just demanded my money back, the manager was very rude too, Ill never go back to this location!!! They need to train their employees to pay attention!! And treat customers with respect. After being in the restaurant industry for years myself I was appalled at the service!!

If I could put no stars I would.. I live within walking distance and I will never go here again. This place has ruined my BK experience forever.. Ive been to this place about 5 times - theyve messed up my order, I had to go back and get refunded the last time I was there would be the last because I got food poisoning from this franchise I called to complain and they kept giving me the runaround. I would highly recommend that you go to a different one if you need BK.. trust me itll be worth the drive then going to this one. WORST experience ever.

If I could do 0 stars I would! Third visit to this Burger King location and three times they did my orders wrong the first two were drive thru so I didnt say anything but the third one was yesterday we dined in and have us me and my husbands order wrong twice. Everything I said not to put on the burger they put. I talked to the manager because we paid for something we didnt get and all she offered was extra fries and she was very rude she was a Hispanic young lady. Never again. Dont waste your time coming to this location.

If there was anything less than the one star I would chose that, the service was by far the worst service Ive ever had anywhere and it completely ruined my night, first off had to repeat the order about three times when at the end, it didnt even matter anyways because they got ever single thing wrong however the order on the receipt was correct. Dont understand what went wrong considering I was the only car in the drive through. Will never go back.

This is what you get when you asked for extra mustard and they didnt out any on the first time and you go ask for them to correct it. The employees just sat there laughing at my neighbor when she opened the burger. Customer service is horrible here and the employees mess with you food if you complain about anything. Tired talking to corporate nobody responds back to you or answers

Not only did they mess up a 2 for 5 deal. By giving Me the exact opposite of what i ordered and payed for they told me they would write my name down. So i dive back through today and they argued with me and told me sorry sarcastically. Never going to that store again and will tell all my friends about this. P.S Suggestion. Make sure your workers understand english

This is the only one in the Boise,Meridian and Caldwell area that does NOT have fry sauce plus the whopper I got was a dry bun and the tomatoes were shrivleled up like the whole sandwich went through the microwave...will not go to this one ever again this was my second time at this one and its worth the drive to skip it and go to another one...

12:45pm January 24, 2017. My friend asked for a few condiments and a bag. Fat lady at the counter extremely rude to my friend. We told the manager (blonde hair lady) and she did NOTHING about it. Im going to share this story with so many restaurants and social media pages. Dont eat at this Burger King.

Although the food is typical burger king fair, what really annoys me is the forced feeding of the fox news channel in the diningroom., If I wanted to view fake and biased news during my meal I would want the food to at least be pleasent enough to distract me from the drivel.

I love burger king as a franchise. the food is great and the store itself is awesome. there is a seasonal problem with crows in the trees, but thats an Idaho thing so wear a coat in January thru April to enter the building. but this is still a great location birds or not
