Wed just picked our friends up from the airport around 5:30p and had 9:30p Cirque tickets. We knew we wanted burgers, but didnt want Strip prices. Because of Thursday evening traffic, it did take a solid 28 minutes to get here, but it was worth it! The menu is small, but so unique! My friend Mr. Y got the Chicken Katsu - Panko-encrusted chicken with shredded cabbage, finished with "crack sauce" and katsu sauce. This piece of chicken was huge! Probably about 9 inches long! Although this was a solid choice, we all agreed that some of the other choices were even better. Hubby got the Fukumoco - Steamed white rice topped with all-beef Fukupatty, fried egg, brown gravy and bonito flakes. The gravy had a nice, mild flavor. Ms. L and I both ordered the Buta - All-beef Fukupatty, applewood-smoked bacon, American cheese, pickled red onions and red ginger, Japanese BBQ sauce and wasabi mayo. I got both sauces on the side, not knowing how crazy Id be for them. But they were great! The BBQ was sweet and the mayo wasnt too spicy. This burger was definitely awesome! I also got a side of Jazz Fries - Crispy garlic fries topped with brown gravy and crack sauce. That crack sauce was awesome! The gravy was nice, too. But next time Id probably just go for the regular Fries with crack sauce. I cant wait to go back and try something different! Maybe that burger with crispy onion strings and teriyaki....

Fuku is best to come after a night of drinking or clubbing so you can eat without feeling guilty. The place has that feel of a Taco Bell with arch window frames. I came fifteen past 11pm and it was dead during midweek. I had fukuburger before in the past when they were in The LinQ promenade. No stranger to jazz fries and their tamago burger as those two were the best seller. Tonight I didnt feel for burger, but a nagadog. Service is great and went smoothly considering a slow night as it was expected. Nagadog was delicious especially with shredded nori flakes for garnish. Bun had a crispiness, but the dog itself was shriveled a bit. Not sure why it wasnt plumb and juicy. It doesnt matter because I ate it with no complaint.

Excellent burger. I got the number 2 which had teriyaki sauce, onion strings and semi fried egg and surprisingly it all worked well together. It has an ecletic menu and even ask you to give a funny nickname upon ordering. Though i like it and will return, what i didnt like was the upcharge for a drink when there machine was down. A combo comes with a drink but the machine was broke so they gave the option to get a can which is smaller than there regular drink or the large can of chai tea. I got the chai tea and they charged me over $3.

This place made the top 10 best burgers in las vegas, had to give it a try... Over priced.. for a #1 and #2 combo was $40. The appearance of the burger looked awesome, anticipating the 1st bite sent me into a diabetic shock. The bun, sauce and meat was very sweet. ((GROSS)) why would you F@@k a good burger...I understand taste buds differs so be prepared....if you ask me dont waste your time on this Japanese infusion crap, go to another burger joint and get a real burger for half the price

Outstanding mushroom burger and wonderful special burger with pork belly on it! Gravy for fries is good, but leave out the sriacha chili mayo if you do not handle spicy stuff. The relaxed atmosphere is great, and the clientle is varied from high schoolers to white haired seniors. They have US beers and wines in addition to sodas, thai tea and coffee, and Asian beers. The service is friendly and quick, and tips at the register earn you jello-ish "sticks" to try for free- tasty!

Interesting flavors and a creative twist on a fast-casual burger. The bun was wonderful and the Patty was cooked perfectly. Unfortunately the bacon was not cooked well enough and toppings were distributed to one side of the burger and a little lacking on complexity but then again it is a burger. The fries were enjoyable but bordering on being too salty. I have a feeling theyre a little better than a 3-star restaurant but I couldnt justify giving them four.

Fukuburger is located under the white dome in the Hawaiian Market Place it is located on the 2nd floor, in the north west corner of the courtyard. It offers live music on Special nights with lots of outdoor seating. There is underground parking available to the rear but under the Polo Towers and Suites. You will have to go around the PTS just follow the signs for parking. Once underground park towards the west end so you dont get towed.

Burger was cooked well. Cool anime/manga/comic book atmosphere. Good music. Prices are reasonable. Service was friendly and quick although I went at 3pm in the dead hours. They have a short bar against a window with two outlets that have multi-port adapters on them so people can charge their devices. Bonus points for free wi-fi with the name and password posted right by the register.

Great Service and food! I like to try new things but I know what I like and dont like... so the Wasabi Mayo definitely was on my NOPE list. Im glad the cashier offered it to me on the side because that burger was just on a different level with it, I want Wasabi Mayo on burgers form now on. Loved their bacon burger, egg burger and fries with gravy on it.

I visited their location at the Hawaiian Marketplace and this is definitely better, especially for locals (no need to pay for parking, yay). My most recent visit I ordered the Fuku Moco and I loved it! The space is a little small and I think the cooks need to realize they are not outside any longer. When they call out names it is very very loud!

Good but very messy and greasy. Had the #5 Karai which had a very dominant Asian pickle taste combined with an almost maple syrup sweet note. I love cabbage so the shredded cabbage was a nice touch. Phenomenal bun as others mentioned but the bottom was soggy almost instantly. Fries are crisp and seasoning is well balanced. In all very enjoyable.

SO delicious!!!! This is good food!!! I got the Boku Burger with Jazz Fries and they were just phenomenal. I loved their crack sauce, too. This was honestly one of the best burgers I have ever tasted. Fun environment and friendly staff. They even have games you can play as you wait for your food. Go here if you want a fun, delicious experience!!

Just had fukumoco and #2 burger and both bland, really bland. First, salt your dang burgers already, geezus. Also flavors described simply werent there. Wasabi mayo? Couldnt even taste it. Teriyaki? Barely. I do mean barely. Disappointing to me, but they were pretty busy though, so somebody must like it. Two stars for good service.

Oh, Fuku. Fantastic little food place. Ive only nibbled on a couple things from there because they are a little pricey. Them being responsible for "west side Wednesday" or what ever you want to call it these days makes them the best mobile food vendor in Vegas. You can have a delicious burger and possibly see a Supra.

Best Burger in town the #3 and got to get the jazz fries with gravy and crack sauce ! So happy they opened a location by my house , finding the food truck was a pain in the ass. It was usually downtown which is even more of a pain in the ass to get in and out of and find somewhere to park you dont have to pay for.
