Soo i worked here for literally a couple hours. The employees are all kids themselves. Very immature and petty. I seriously felt like it was my first day of high school and was being picked on lol ive honestly never had that experience before. What was even more ridiculous is they were too busy chit chatting& going out to chain smoke instead of paying attention to their customers. Multiple times customers were seated (by me.. It was suppose to be my first night of training mind you) .. I would tell multiple staff members numerous times .. Not to mention the fact the restaurant was very slow (a Tuesday night) there was no reason any guest should be waiting over 5 minutes to just be greeted or offered a beverage! So i took it upon myself to at least go get their drink orders n wat not. && to my surprise my head was completly ripped off for doing this. I was yelled & cursed at IN FRONT OF GUESTS by Jesuse and also the lead server (who they have refused to give me her name) ! I was completly humiliated. I did apologize n explained i wasnt trying to step on anyones toes. I just take my pride in my work and believe i am representing the company i work for. So i couldnt stand by and not give the guests 110% customer service they deserve and expect! I even had two guests ask me if i was ok after hearing me be belittled by the staff members and told me i was doing a great job and not be bothered by him..they actually couldnt believe it was only my first night! So anyhow i finished my shift. At the end he had me continue to fill out my hiring paperwork n took pictures of my IDs. Then when i was done he told me i didnt give a good first impression and it wasnt gonna work out. I told him i take pride in my job. Im a single mother and if he called any of my references .. Im confident that they would all have nothing but good things to say about me and if he gave me a chance hed see what a hard worker i was & not regret it! again i also apologized for taking it upon myself to help the guests.. I thought i was doing the right thing.. He wasnt having it and although i was upset i decided it was prob best to not work in that type of environment. I know they have multiple locations tho so i hoped maybe once i spoke to the actual manager and she heard what had actually happened she could maybe put me in a different location.. Or either way i still need to be paid for the time i did work. This was now a month ago. Ive called numerous times.. Ive sent numerous emails to both the GM & to the company email.. Not a single person has responded.. Hopefully sometime soon someone from the company will handle this matter and the employees are properly treated with. No one deserves this to happen to them and it is completly unacceptable! No matter how great the food is.. I would never support a company that treats new employees and their GUESTS in such a terrible, unprofessional manner.

My family and I dined at Bachi Burger the other day, and I simply couldnt be more pleased. This was my second time at this location, though my family had never been. We thoroughly enjoyed both our food and service, as well as the ambience of the location. Shortly after we entered, we were greeted by the seating host, who kindly showed us to our table. We were seated near the kitchen, which was a real treat because we got to see where the magic happened as we waited for our food. They have a wide array of beverages, both alcoholic and not, to cater to people with all kinds of tastes. I ordered the Thai Iced Tea, which was simply heavenly. We skipped out on appetizers, which—after seeing how delicious they looked—rang through as a clear mistake. The burgers offered at this restaurant are unlike any Ive ever seen in my years of burger-devouring: fresh, unique, and packed full of extraordinary flavor combinations. I ordered the Black & Green Burger, which was cooked and prepared to perfection; it included spinach, bacon, blue cheese, and some of the best sautéed mushrooms Ive ever tasted. The bun itself perfectly complemented the burger, in both taste and texture. A majority of the burgers on the menu unfortunately dont include fries, though their selection of fries is godly. My particular favorites are the Truffle Parmesan Fries and the Salt & Pepper Garlic Fries. Each is served in a massive cone with some highly delectable condiments, including their homemade pineapple ketchup. I didnt have any dessert because my meal was so filling, though Ill definitely be giving it a shot when I return.

A little on the fancy side, but the flavors and concept were well worth it. Bachi has very creative Japanese fusion-style burgers that pack on a lot of flavor. If you are not super familiar with Japanese/Asian food, you might struggle with some (read: a lot) of the verbiage on the menu, but dont be afraid to ask. A lot of mushroom varieties but I managed to find a couple options that didnt have any (thank god). My roni burger was super juicy, the egg was runny enough and the caramelized onions made it all work super well together. The burger on its own was filling enough, but I still nommed on some awesome buttery garlic edemame and some fries with pineapple ketchup. My picked vegetable appetizer was not as exciting as I thought it would be, but it was interesting enough. I did absolutely love the Taro burger bun on my friends dish even though I did not venture enough to eat anything else he ordered.

First off the hype is what made this review go only for 2 stars. Lets start off with the waiter, pretty decent but real slow and I mean slow both physically and mentally. Didnt start with any appetizers went straight in for the kill. Well start off with the oxtail chili cheese fries, flavor was good, beans were horrible to hard and seems like they drowned it in sugar negative ghost rider cant do that so I give that a two and a half out of 5. Now on the the Miyagi san burger, this here had great flavor but lacked freshness of the meat Ill rate this a 3. Now on to the pork belly, best dish here, just take my 5 and run with it. Now on to the best part, that oh so luscious Salted Caramel toasted marshmallow shake this here is the best shake Ive ever had. Had this been the only thing I had here it wouldve received 10 stars.

These are best burgers in the entire world. As a long-time burger aficionado I dont make that statement lightly, but there it is. These are the best burgers I have ever had. I went three times and had a total of six burgers so that I had a good sample size. I did the science, checked my math, and yes - best burgers ever. The flavors are creative and exciting - Enoki and Camembert! The beef is juicy and grilled to perfection. The buns are fresh and just the right consistency. The toppings are fresh. Its just the right mix of everything, and the added variety of the Asian influences makes these burgers like nothing else. The sides and appetizers are hit-and-miss, but who cares? Order two burgers and count yourself lucky that you had a chance to taste perfection twice in one lifetime.
