Our first time in the Centennial Center and store it self. We always see how busy it is on Sahara rd see we wanted to try it,Worst mistake! We got two combos number 1 and made it large but i wanted a milk shake i pay 2.20 12oz cup when i should of stuck with the large drink which is 32oz.time was 9:14 pm we got it by 9:21.we had to go the fries was cold must been sitting there waiting to da burgers to get done.The guy that hand us the food threw the ketchup in the bag on top of our food which the burgers were sitting in bag half wrapped when the ketchup is thrown on top of my open burgers unsanitized period. ..and whoever cook the burgers got Salt happy.Thanks for wasting my 15.74 In N Out Burger

Food was great as usual, cashier was attentive to her duties in helping the customers out. But the rest of the operation was backed up a little after 9 pm, and not as efficient as the Rock Springs Plaza location. Therefore it took a long time to get the food. As an individual order it was not worth the wait, but if in a party with a group order, then that would have been different.

I have never seen this location ever be slow. There is always a long line and its always filled with people inside also. Still, they are polite and go above and beyond, they offer stickers for the kids and smile and keep the place clean! I just recently found out that they have rootbeer floats also(not on the menu), *tip-Order a large, they are delicious!

11:34PM 9/13/2016 Stevens service was stellar, probably the best Ive ever received at a drive thru, fast speedy and efficient, well mannered, easily understandable. Give this man a raise! :) not to mention only 1 window was open, hes taking orders and serving up meals all with an outstanding attitude. People like this are people I hope win lotteries

Theres nothing better than an In-N-Out Burger. I love the Double Double Cheese Protein Wrap with everything in it. The fries are also the best. My Granddaughters also love the In-N-Out Burgers and the fries and shakes. We all love the best burger in the WORLD "In-N-Out Burgers. Keep up the superb work you are doing.

In-N-Out is one of the few fast food places I will go. The food is fresh and the prices are good. The employees are friendly at this location. Its normally clean. They usually get my order right. The only thing is that it takes so looonnnnggg to get your order. You have to plan in advance and you cant be in a hurry.

"WHERES THE BEEF"????????????burger patties have fer sure gotten smaller over the past couple years.I have eaten at this in&out and the one on west lake mead,both the same.If its an economic thing,raise the price,dont shrink the burger.Not all your customers are bone heads and wont notice.

A nice example on In-N-Out. very friendly staff, mostly clean tables. thats my only complaint, i wish they had more people to clean the tables inside and out. like i say, 90% of the time they are clean, just wish they could get it closer to 100%. but this is a very nice In-N-Out.

This is the best In-N-Out in town! This is the best In-N-Out Burger joint in town because the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. The food seems to come out quicker here, the food seems to taste a little better here, and the atmosphere is always nice and relaxed.

I always get well done animal style burger and some animal style fries. I dont think this place needs any further comments. This is the kind of place that is always a viable option. Even if you think you dont want some...once youre eating it you are very glad you did.

The food is great, the restaurant is always clean and the staff is always friendly. Today they forgot one of my burgers and even though I had tossed my receipt there was no hassle- they brought me out a burger and gave me free fries. That kind of service is awesome!

This is hands down the saltiest In and Out in Las Vegas. Ordered several combos for my family and the whole meal was over salted. Couldnt enjoy the burgers or fries because the salt was over powering! Way to go only two items on your menu and your messed them up!!!

Fresh and delicious every time. We go here at least once a week, and were never disappointed. Also, as always, theyre fast and friendly. Sometimes the burgers look good enough to photograph for advertisements! And thats sayin a lot for fast food.

Like most In-N-out burgers, expect a crazy line. They have a pretty ridiculous shaped drive thru which im not sure as to the purpose of such a thing. Always friendly staff, good prices and fresh food
