Worst L & L experience ever! Ive been to numerous L & Ls and generally the service is pretty good, just not at this location. Ordered a bbq mix over the phone and when I went to pick up my order, found out that they had screwed up my order and made a bbq chicken plate instead. No big deal, I figured they would make now make my correct order, WRONG. Was told that they were closing and they couldnt prepare my order. They close at 9 pm I was there at 8:38 pm! I then asked if they could comp me a beverage at least since they screwed up my order and was willing to pay for the bbq chicken anyways. NOPE, cashier refused to comp me a drink even though he screwed up my order and refused to make it right. Paid for the damn meal anyways because I was hungry :-( Will not return to this location again!

Thinking Im gonna get good Hawaiian food,Wrong The menu pictures can be deceiving. When looking at menu it dont look all that i order something i would like.i got Shrimp bowl thinking it was gonna be grilled fresh shrimp, Wrong Frozen batter shrimp over fried with rice on bottom,broccoli, carrots for 5.95.They need to take Hawaiian name off cause its nothing Hawaiian about it!!!!! And you thinking you cant go wrong with shrimp.

Foods good but bring your own silverware. I had to take my food home and eat it 2 hrs later because they could neither cut the meat or provide me a knife that could. I came here 3 times in 2 weeks and will not be back. Kind of a deal breaker. The picture is only 2 pieces of meat. The fork could not even dig into the rice without bending.

Good stuff. Tons of food for $10 or less. Rice, mac salad and bbq teriyaki style meat. Its different than your typical fast food place. it is only meat and rice...but for some reason I really like. There are always Hawaiian people eating in there so that is a good sign. I love the Aloha soy sauce.

I was going to order some lunch. However, the cashier was standing next to the door smoking a cigarette. To make things worse he began a very disturbing hacking cough. When he finished he flicked his still lit cigarette butt on the ground. Retraining is needed.

I got there at 9:45PM to order some food. They were supposed to be open until 10PM. I was told that they had already shut down the kitchen and that I couldnt order anything. Not a good business practice. Ill stick with Lulu Hawaiian instead.

Love the musubi here, get em to go and have a snack later. Otherwise I just usually get the atkins plate. Food isnt fabulous, but it is by no means bad. Kind of like comfort food maybe? Oh! The lau lau is also nice.
