If you decide to use this location do CARRYOUT ONLY!! I placed an online ordered around 8pm with an ETA of 8:34pm only for 1 hour to go by then slowly creep upon 2 hours. I called their number twice and apparently its the call center not the store itself. Both phone calls were short and brief and neither of the two different reps seemed very helpful. 1st call rep stated my pizza was late and the driver was out and 2nd call the rep said he would send a message to the store to call me in reference to my order. I never received a phone nor my pizza. No one called to say why my pizza was never delivered. Needless to say I wont order from PizzaHut anymore.

THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE ON THE PLANET. THE PHONE NUMBER IS A CALL CENTER. ORDERED PIZZA AT 8:01P AND 9:35PM WHEN NO PIZZA ARRIVED AND WE CALLED, WE WERE INFORMED THAT THEY ARE A CALL CENTER AND NOT THE ACTUAL PIZZA HUT. AFTER A BUNCH OF LYING AND BACK TRACKING, WE CANCELLED OUR ORDER. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND PIZZA HUT TO ANYONE EVEN FOR DOG FOOD. THEY NEED TO BE OUT OF BUSINESS. POOR EXCUSE FOR A FOOD SERVICE ESTABLISHMENT. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF LYING, NO INTEGRITY SET OF LIARS. I WISH THEY HAD A "LIARS" BUTTON

I was waiting on my order that had been done for a while and as I was in line the "manager" ask to help everyone around me but me, once she had no choice but to attend me she took what felt forever to bring me my food and check me out she would make sure everyones order was correct and opened their pizza front of them to make sure, Except for mine she just places it one the table and left. I guess she figured "migo" dont speak English anyways.

Sometimes when you order pizza the customer wont put the gate code for their community so the drivers cant get in and then the customers wont answer their phones so the drivers need to take it back to the store and cancel it so they can move on to the next order. If you order pizza in a gated community leave the code on the receipt and be near your phone.

Id much rather drive to Union City than order from this place. They must have been short on toppings since most of my pizza was primarily marinara sauce and bread.
