Im a total fan. This place is beyond delicious. We arent from Arizona and was here for a day trip and added this to our agenda. We waited almost 2 hours to get our food. The line we discovered was taking so long because there is literally one guy slicing the meat and weighing it when you order and also only one register. Not sure if I would come back due to the wait time but I will give them credit for amazing BBQ. They will try to make the waiting experience less exasperating. The line has misters, and the parking attendant will put out a cooler filled with small water bottles for those who need it. They even give you a small teaser while you wait. A worker came out and gave out samples. That day we got to sample the sausage. We ordered everything they had on the menu. You kind of have too when you come on an empty stomach and waited for hours.

Ordered delivery through grubhub so this review does not depict an in-house experience. The food was decent,a bit of spillage from the saimin soup due to subpar container. They did not send any napkins or forks or spices with the order. The musubi had good proportions and decent sauce. Macaroni salad was simple but very cheap so no complaints. I would order from them again, simply due to the fact that they are one of the few Hawaiian places in the area and it is convenient and fast.

Good food but customer service ruined it for the review, girl working was rushing us to order and I ask if they had manapuas in a clear understandable voice and she immediately said no then ask what I said and I repeated manapuas then she proceeded to say she did not know what it is so therefore they dont have it she didnt attempt to ask a cook or coworkers but instead she just rushed us again

Your typical hawaiian bbq restaurant. The food is alright and plentiful for the price. Usually they have lunch specials which is a pork chop and a drink. The teriyaki sauce is a bit watered down. The chicken katsu is crispy and delicious. The place can be a little messy sometimes but its okay. You can get parking validations for the lot next to it.

Pros: had the shrimp , which was very good! We Had ordered the seafood combo with brown rice and veggies, but we were hungry so let it pass. Unfortunately we got very bad macaroni salad (out of a jar or can?). Service was fast, which we appreciated. Would go back, but wish we had tried the BBQ.

Love Hawaiian food, but I feel like I am never getting a good deal or good value for what I pay. Maybe I dont order correctly? I am guessing at this location they have really high rent and have to make it up somehow.

Pretty tasty - Ive never been inside but i get their food on OrderUp on delivery all the time and everything Ive had has been delicious. Definitely would recommend just based on the food

I LOVE HAWAIIAN BBQ. Such good food and such good quality. You can never go wrong with katsu chicken and mac salad. Must try.
