This place has improved so much, especially around the endless shrimp. My previous times here for endless shrimp have been frustrating with waits of half hour or more between servings of a few shrimp at a time. NOW THEY HAVE FIXED ALL OF THAT. The Shrimp come out fast, they give you more, and the wait staff are super friendly. I am pleased to give them 5 stars now, and if I could I would give them a bonus star because how many restaurants actually get better over the years. Very pleased. 11/10 level of pleased.

Phenomenal service!!! Our waitress Kimberly and server Jamie were amazing. They understand kids and Jamie brought out some healthy kid friendly snacks as soon as we sat down (we have a very talkative toddler) Its very rare that restaurants do that and it means the world to the parents as well as patrons around us.

The cost per person varies on what you are in the mood for and if you are going for lunch or dinner. Not too shabby on pricing though. I have always enjoyed dinning in at Red Lobster and have always had very awesome wait staff with no rushes. You pay for what you get and it is worth every penny, every time.

One of my favorite places to eat in Battle Creek. The manager, Chris, has the best customer service skills Ive seen in a while. His staff is perfect everytime my family visits. They make sure that our food is great and our glasses are full. Love Red Lobster in Battle Creek!

Good job for a Red Lobster. Waitress was attentive and knew what she was doing. Place was very busy but the wait was very reasonable. Everything was cooked properly and tasted good. Clean restaurant but bathrooms were slightly ignored. Thanks for the good meal.

Great experience overall. Food was delicious and they really care about their customer. Our waitress made a mistake which was really no big deal however the manager went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Would recommend to anyone.

Normally excellent, but today our waitress (Lisa P.) didnt care, brought a salad that was made wrong, and tells us the birthday appetizer or dessert no longer exists, we looked that up and it appears that she lied about that, so unfortunate

The food here was amazing and the staff was so very kind the only reason Im giving it 4 stars is it was so crowded that I could barely fit thru with my newborns carseat but the staff did help us get in and out which helped alot

Waiter was Jamie. Hes a rock star and youll be lucky if you get him. Ask for him. Outstanding service. Food is typical red lobster. Made a fantastic dinner because of Jamie.
