Never been so close to walking out of a restaurant in my whole life. We have always enjoyed eating here and usually get our food to go because we go in shortly after 9 and know they close at 10. We will not be back. Four different people were incredibly rude and may as well have said " get the hell out we dont want your money or patronage". The cashier was pleasant but didnt make up for the rudeness from all other staff. We had our feet swept and mopped over, were told where to stand and to get out of the way, I was asked if I was going to want beef in my meal because there was none out and server didnt really want to get more and then there were the eye rolls and dirty looks. The staff has never been excessively pleasant but the food was always good. We will take our money elsewhere in the future.

The food is good, however the service is embarrassing. I watched one lady who works there walk up and with her hands picked up noodles that were laying on the table and put them back into the pan with the rest of the noodles. That same day my fiancee found two hairs in his food. The only other time we went there the same lady walked by and was cleaning the table and picked up our bowls as we were waiting in line (we had food in our bowls at this point) and her thumb went into my food. She did not acknowledge me or anything, and she was talking on the phone the whole time. Ruined my appetite both times.

This was the worst experience in the 6 years weve been coming here. Our waiter disappeared the entire night and never checked on us. The 2 "waitresses" saw my husbands glass was empty but never offered to refill it because we werent their tables, but they took care of everyone else but us. My husband actually went up to them to get a refill. Then we had to sit and wait for our check or be offered boxes. Horrible service and I will be contacting management this is ridiculous

Two cooks on a Friday night? We were in line for 15 minutes holding our bowls of food waiting to get it cooked. By the time we got back to our seats the line was so far back we had people standing next to our table. Food was average for Mongolian BBQ places, not great not bad, just standard. Hopefully they figure out their employee staffing issues or whatever the reason is for such slow service.

The only reason its not 5 stars is the air conditioning happened to have been out when we went a few days ago, being pregnant with the heat didnt end well. Other then that the food was great service was amazing and the whole staff was very understanding about everything we asked including the need for more water about every 2 mins haha. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area.

Disappointed. The flow was unclear. It was super busy and they only had 2 cooks working when it seemed like there was plenty of staff that could have helped. No help provided to a customer whos bowl fell. She cleaned it herself even after asking staff for help. I was blessed with a good waitress though. She was kind and very helpful with making sure my toddler was taken care of.

The hostess and the lone waitress worked their butts off! Somehow the food was good even though they didnt keep up on the cleanliness of the food area. 2 people hardly doing anything while the waitress was trying to work both sides of a packed place...keep an eye on the cooks...they upgraded my wifes little bowl and we didnt notice til we paid!

Amazing food and you get ALOT of it for the price! I usually get a "to go" order so I have left overs for a few lunches. The produce is fresh, the sauces are amazing, and its always fun to discover new sauce recipes by talking to the people in line with you. We love eating here!

Food was OK, the sauces and oils arent as spicy as the signs reflect, but this is Idaho. The guy that seated us and took our money after we ate was an a-hole. Maybe he didnt get any "sugar" before he got out of bed. Maybe he shouldnt have shown up to work.

The food tasted disgusting. The building seemed sketchy. There was not a wide variety of food. And most staff, when given nothing to do, was sitting at one of the tables checking Facebook on their phones, and they were not on break!

Great food and very welcoming when you first walk in, everyone was polite and they let me get my food and another bowl for sauce! I get scorned trying to do that at other "Mongolian BBQs" . Wont go anywhere else after my visit!

Fabulous staff, most of them have been there since our kids were little, going in is like seeing old friends! They also have the best variety of ingredients and the freshest! One of our favorite places to go out to eat!

Fantastic selection of ingredients and great sauces. Staff are kind except the cooking staff generally. Bathrooms could be cleaned better and updated. This is one of or favorite places to eat. Love that they offer tofu!

Food was good but really sucks when your a table of 7 that gets no help, no drink order or rice. Not happy or impressed . Really gone down hill. Had to go up front just to get our check. Absolutely ridiculous.

We have been coming here since 1998...At least....The staff is friendly and enjoyable, of course they know us, 18 years at least once a week, like modified clockwork. Personally, I recommend it to anyone!

Great Stir fry! First time ever eating here and the service was exceptional! I wanted to buy some fortune cookie to take home and they just gave them to me. Definitely a new favorite in family dining.
