I stopped in here for a quick dinner with a friend. Its a short order burger place but they other options like hot dogs. There is a sign on the wall that says where the potatoes came from, which is kind of cool. Burgers are made to order so you have to tell them everything you want on them. A standard burger is two patties. If you only want one then you have to order the "little". Fries, on the other hand are very plentyful. They cut the potatoes on site and you have the options of regular or cajun. This location is fairly small. Only a handful of tables. The Groton location is much larger in terms of seating. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Which is good because the menu can get confusing with all of the options that you can put on a burger.

Absolute favorite burger joint!! Portions are beyond what you would expect. My newest "discovery" was their milkshakes. No extra charge for add-ins. They have BACON as an add-in!! Omg!! With peanut butter, its heavenly.. I have LOVED this place since the very first time I ate here.. Definitely recommend.

Paid $12 for a basic burger, small fry, and small drink. Asked them to cut it in half to share with the wife. I saw the cashier ask the cook (who wasnt even busy there was only 5 other people in the place total). And he couldnt even bother to do that for me. Never again. Over priced and inattentive.

The best burger Ive ever had! fresh, well cooked, presented perfectly, just the right amount of sauce and cheese. They always overload on the chips so no need to order anything bigger than a small chips. Best place in Norwich to eat. Totally worth the price!

Roughly 80% of the time, the service and food is outstanding. Weve had a couple slip-ups over the years with orders being incorrect, or inconsistent fries, but not enough to stop us from going. Any time weve had an issue, its been corrected right away.
