I ordered a 10pc nugget meal, I got my order and it was the wrong order I got a sandwich I told the manager and he switched it out with the right order I opened the box in front of him and there was only 7 nuggets he told me he would make fresh nuggets I got my order agian and the nuggets were not even cooked at this point I was upset I told him to F off and give me a refund he felt threatened by that and called to cops they arrived and arrested me I got 30 days for verbal assault I went back once I got out and told the manager what happened he said he was sorry and gave me a free ice cream cone I was gonna give just a 1 star but I decided to give 2 because of the ice cream cone.

Customer service was horrible, they were rude and messed up our order. And when the manager saw us standing there waiting he asked if we had been helped so when we went to tell him he said someone else will be right with us. There was a very long line in the drive thru and it took close to 15 minutes to get thru it. There were plenty of workers but most of them were in the back joking around and laughing with the manager. The people working the front seemed like they were high. I wont be going back to that location. Im very disappointed.

This place is great if you love white trash and hearing their kids scream through the propped open door to the kids play area. Theres no escaping the sounds of kids, their parents screaming at them, management loudly scolding their staff and complaining...especially when they just dont play music here. They never have biscuits and give attitude about it during their breakfast hours because they are too lazy to make them. Ive waited 20 min for "fast" food here several times. Really poor management here.

STOP serving stale buns!(Mothers Day 2017@7pm) Im glad I got a couple rock hard sandwhiches(sarcasm). I love BK but now this place lost my business, I will be happy to choose from the other eateries within walking distance since they are too lazy or cheap to give customers a fresh sandwhich. Remember.....u can be cheap but you work for the customer not the other way around.

Went to this location today, they got the order wrong, and gave us burnt chicken fries. And one guy was teasing me about chocolate chip cookies. When I asked for new chicken fries, the blonde wannabe manager with a tattoo on her arm said no and gave me hella attitude. The real manger female came out and apologized and cooked me new chicken fries. She was very kind....

Well...I got let down. I ordered the Cheeto Chicken Fries and they sucked. The ordering process was fast and friendly and enjoyable. When I got to the window I inquired about the mac and cheese bites to which I learned I missed and that they rocked. Overall the staff was solid, food not so hot.

Long wait in Drive Thru and a messed up order to boot and now no reciept to prove it either. Saw the order review show that we asked for extra tomato and extra pickle- but we certainly did not get that. It is one of the pathetic veggie burgers I have been served.

The new owners took over and changed everything for the worse. They no longer accept mobile app coupons. They raised the prices and they do not stay open as let as they used to. The new owners are going to ruin the name of Burger King.

I too have waited way too long in the drive thru and have had my order messed up and tonight they closed the place down 40 minutes early, what a disappointment! Unfortunately this is the only BK that is close to my home and work

Asked for no tomato or ketchup, asked for cheese and paid for it but....got tomato and extra ketchup with no cheese. I thought a new look meant better service...I guess not. Facelift doesnt equal better service.

I keep trying it and it keeps getting worse. Hard chicken sandwich today. Burnt fries and chicken nuggets a few dasys ago so my kids never ate so had to go get more food
