Sunday afternoon everything in town is packed. Started with mango martini and summery peach tea along with the new chocolate caramel lasagna which is a richer more chocolate versión of tiramisu. Appetizer was a tasty lasagna fritta which is served with good creamy alfredo. Although there was a couple minutes delay waiting for our main dishes the waiter told us they were plating our meals so seemed less time. We got the cheese ravioli (plenty to eat) and chicken Sorento which had a great lemon orange sauce. The Sorento is good for my gluten sensitivity with the grilled veggies. I really like that they didnt pour the sauce over everything so I could choose how much I wanted. I loved the zuppa toscana with the kale and Italian sausage. Light and flavorful Everything had the option of fresh grated cheese.

A group of ten ladies tried to go to Olive Garden in Paducah on November 10. When we called to ask if 5:30 would work, we were told that we could not eat there because a group that large would cause "too much stress on the cooks". Another member of the group called back and asked to speak to the manager and was told the same thing. There were 10 cars in the parking lot at 5:30 and I certainly hope that none of the people wanted to eat together! By the way, we went to Red Lobster and had a wonderful meal with great service. I cant imagine in this economy that any restaurant that relies on customers to come and spend money would turn down cash paying customers.

This is one of the poorer Olive Gardens I have been to. Thankfully the food was good and matched the normal Olive Garden experience. The negatives started before we ever entered - the front awning was torn and looked terrible. When we entered, the hostess took our names and told us it would be a little bit before we could get a table - even though we could see a number of empty tables from the lobby and we were the only ones waiting! The waitress was not quite abrupt, but not what Id call friendly, and she showed up only one time after the food arrived. While I love the Olive Garden, this is one location I doubt I will return to.

The Grilled Chicken Piadin was delicious. We were traveling through and had to stop at Wal-Mart. Im not a huge fan of Olive Garden simply because Id rather pay a little more and get real Italian food and I can make it better. My biggest complaint of this location was it was freezing in the area we were sitting and we heard other people telling our waiter it was cold. When he came back to our table we mentioned it as we were leaving and he nodded and said he had had other complaints but had not had time to talk to the manager. He should make time when his customers are uncomfortable.

My experience is always very good at this location. The reason I am giving this review is to hopefully get a message to corporate that the bad part is the bread. It is the worst taking in all of the food chains. I quit going to Fazolis for this reason years ago. Yet recently I did go back and it is much better. I do wish the taste of the bread would just be looked at. Its the worst taking. The biscuits at cracker barrel are just as bad. Please send this message to anyone who can fix this. I love olive garden but I always since at the taste of the bread. Thank you for your time.

The food was horrible. My husband had a chicken breast that was absolutely scorched. My steak was over cooked and the size and thickness of a tea cup saucer. The "stuffed" lobster ravioli was rubbery and flat devoid of any taste at all. The service was unprofessional. Adding the little game/pay here screen to the tables really put an average sports bar feel on the whole experience. Later that night my husband and I both woke up with stomach aches and nausea. An over priced terrible experience. Will never be back!

The food was ok but the service was lacking, though we liked our server on a personal level he was just to absent for it to have been called good service. The shrimp skimpy was average but nothing note worthy. For the 100$ we spent I could have cooked three fantastic meals for the family. One should never leave a restaurant feeling like they should have cooked for themselves. Oddly the salad was the best part of this meal.

Really awfull!! Maybe because Im french... but when i ask "what kind of cheese is?" and server says "romana cheese"... you know any taste you will have... romana cheese... ok, but which one ? For my opinion, there is too much things on the menu and often that means less fresh food! Pasta where not fresh for example. Damn for an italian restaurant! An other thing : do not remove plates of somevody when people still eat!

You may now place order and pay from your table electronicly, which includes games. You are not informed by using this you will be charge an additional charge. Please state charge or remove from tables. We were not happy to find that charge on our bill. Our server never mentioned it to us, charge just came with bill. The Chicken & Shrimp Carbonara was delicious.

Well we have been here for almost an hour. No food. Pretty sure our server forgot to put our order in... she just came to tell us she sent one entre back because it didnt look right... finally got our food. Ordered steak medium. Its definitely medium well to well done... dry. Very displeased. This used to be my favorite restaurant.

Wife and I went there on a date night. The plate of my wifes meal had cracked and they replaced her meal. However, they just took her meal out of the cracked plate and placed it into a new plate. A few seconds later she found pieces of plate in her mouth. They did give our meal to us for free but my wife was done at that point.

The food was good, but the service was horrible. The air was set on high and the vents consistently blew cold air on us. We asked for the manager THREE times, bit never was seen. The place wasnt busy at all, so it wasnt because of that. The server repeatedly said "hey" to get my attention. Very rude po people.

My husband and I eat at Olive Gardens all over the country. He is in the military and Olive Garden is one of our favorite places to eat. Sadly, I must say, something is wrong with this particular one. The salad dressing is off and the sauces are just different than at other OG locations. Very disappointed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit with Olive Garden. It was my first time ever going to one & we had the sweetest waitress. She answered all our questions & more. Her name was Jennifer and she was great. Thank you Jennifer for making our experience with Olive Garden one of a kind.

Ordered rare steak got well done, out of first choice the ravioli stuffed with portabella mushrooms said it would be a week, seriously? The waitress didnt seem concerned the glasses sat empty, all in all bad experience, but hey I guess some families treat you this way!

Service was not good. It want crowded and we had to wait about an hour to get our food. I had finished my mixed drink by the time salad and bread sticks were served and Wes never asked if I would like an other. Due to the service the waitress missed out on a good tip!
