Going into a fast food restaurant I realize one is not going to be treated like its a fine dining experience. The location leaves a lot to be desired. Its smack dab in the middle of Da hood My experience the 31st of August had to be memorable. Was out doing errands, so thought on my way back I will pop into the Taco Bell for a quick bite. One African American gentleman was carrying on a conversation with who I am not sure.. Explaining something about how someone lies and something "B*tch", and a couple F bombs thrown in there.. -in full ear shot of his MANAGER... -who did nothing... Thoroughly unprofessional.. If I were their district manager I would get all of them re-assigned to scraping out the grease traps, if not just fire the whole crew and start over.. As for the food.. They sort of Skimp on the fixings, had 3 hard shell .. I think they call them Crunchy tacos now.. - Very good food, well prepared. May have had a communication issue , I had wanted 3 crunchy regular tacos, and not supreme tacos , with the sour cream in the middle.. Was delicious..

I wouldnt give this location any stars but I apparently have to. I got my food at 12:37:35 06/01/17 and David was GREAT very nice and polite and I cant fault him for what Im about to say cause he is not responsible for it THE MANAGER DALISHA (ASSUMING THAT IS THE CORRECT SPELLING) is. I got my food made sure I had it all which I only ordered for MYSELF a beef Chalupa the breading IS so hard I could thump it and it sounds like I was hitting a rock. The meat was cold as hell. So I called to speak with a manager and she was rude and has a nasty attitude. I understand them being busy but never be too busy to check dates on your product or temps of hot food. I am simply going to get my money refunded and not return to this location. I work is fast food myself and I would never give my customers the BS they gave me... #DISGUSTING #RUDECUSTOMERSERVICE

I got some kind of hair or bug in my food. Called the manager and they told me they didnt have time to "deal with me", and then hung up on me. They unplugged the phone and then when I called the third time a women answered the phone and heard my complaint and agreed to let me come back and get my refund. The man who answered the phone was in the back round yelling at the women I was talking to and telling her to not give me a refund. She yelled back at him and said that she was going to give me a refund. Kudos to the lady who was understanding and had a bit of courtesy considering how disgusting an experience this was. I will never be eating at this place again the one star is only because of the lady who told the manager to give my refund back.

These guys deserve all five stars for the superhuman accomplishment of serving up great (highly Americanized) burritos with a smile in an area as downtrodden as Snelling-University. Despite numerous local folks coming in seeking to cause trouble and get free food, the staff contend with all issues, even in the busiest hours, with relative ease. Did I mention the new shredded chicken burrito is out of this world? Moderately sized and packing a wallop with their Mexi-rice and avocado ranch. Tip: order this with extra avocado ranch to increase overall moisture and boost the tanginess factor a notch.

I have never been treated better at a fast food restaurant. I have been through this Drive-Thru about 8 times in the past year, and I am pleasantly surprised every time by the consistently positive attitude of the staff, even late night when most people would be crabby. Drive-thru situations can be frustrating if you cant understand each other, but the staff here has always listened carefully to my order and repeated it back to me. I have never had a problem with my order. Awesome service. Awesome tacos. All good things.

Went to this drive-thru last night with two friends and ordered about $15 worth of food. Asked for mild and green sauce and again asked after paying for EXTRA mild and green sauce. Went home to find only HOT SAUCE in the bag. How incredibly rude! I do not believe this was by accident, we were very clear and polite! The drive-thru experience was in no way superior or super friendly. I will not return to this drive-thru simply because of the sauce incident, ridiculous! That employee should not be working in customer service!

I mean, its a Taco Bell. The quality of food is pretty much a given, so Im going to ignore that aspect for the purposes of this review. Pros: This one was very clean, which was a pleasant surprise. Only one section of the menu was broken. The staff was pleasant. Cons? A kid (dubbed "Papa Stank" by his peers) at one of the back tables ran in and out of the back room repeatedly asking for a McDouble and performing sex noises. Overall, pretty good.

I was exhausted and hungry after a late-Saturday-night gig out of town, but when I pulled up to this Taco Bells drive-thru (the only one open at that time of night) there was a line of cars stretching to the street! I thought for sure they would be overwhelmed by the sudden demand, but decided to stick it out ... and lo and behold, we all got through in about 5 minutes. The employees were also very courteous and efficient. Great job!!!

They are the most polite and kind people ever! I love going to this t-bell because, not only do they provide outstanding service, by they also do it in a manner that says "hey, youre great to us!!". Its not fake either - none of that McDonalds garbage. I dunno who is responsible for such curtious-ness but Im glad these guys and gals and everything between are there for when I need them. They know whats up!!

The guy in front of me was really rude but then I talked to the customer service representative about it and told him that he shouldnt be treated that way by rude customers so he gave me a coupon for a free Taco he was a very cool guy I like this Taco Bell its also an old-style Taco Bell with the rounded roof which I think is cool

Always have had really slow service here. The employees are very friendly but it takes forever to get food. Today they messed up my order for 4 cheese quesadillas and gave me 4 chicken instead. There was no issue in taking it back and they gave me the right order but I wish they would have gotten it right in the first place.

Ive been sitting in drive thru for.... A good 30 minutes now.... And I still have two cars in front of me. If someones order is taking longer then the others it is customary to have them pull into a space and bring it out to them. I thought I got here with plenty of time to spare to get to class... And now Im gonna be late.

They have one employee on the food line that is absolutely fantastic. When she is working this is a six-star Taco Bell. The one downside to this location is a lot of high school kids just hangout there. Many times none of them even buy anything and the staff does not seem to care at all.
