Never did I think I would find such a hipster place outside of San Francisco, but there you have it. Cant argue with the coffee though, its fantastic and the staff is skilled and friendly. Heads up, they dont have disposable cups, so youll have to pay a glass deposit of you want to take something to go. Can get it back upon return or keep the glasses. Laudable practice, but does make it a bit inconvenient for those just passing through.

Great location near the Bishop arts district. The atmosphere was nice and the interior made almost all completely of wood(maybe some reclaimed?). Right when you enter the shop you see the baristas working quickly and are very friendly. Indoor and outdoor seating available and also an empty shell of a bus in the back patio stocked with seats and tables as well. I enjoyed the Van Buren and hopefully will return when I come back to Dallas.

I have been twice, and was quite happy with the quality and flavor of my coffee on both occasions. Rather, I was disappointed by the pretentious attitude and lack of flexibility in menu options. Also, as much as I respect green efforts, they really should have paper to-go cups- paying $2 for a mason jar, even if I can return it for a refund, is highly impractical.

Not only the finest coffeeshop in a city with a few great coffeeshops, Davis Street Espresso may be one of the best shops Ive been fortunate to visit in the country. Extremely knowledgeable and dedicated staff and one of the most impressive collections of the finest coffee extraction machines in the country. This is the place.

À classic coffeeshop serving Oak Cliff Coffee with plenty of room inside and out. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. They take care of their customers and take pride in their work. I love the use of recycled bottles! The pastries are delicious and taste like they were made to pair with the coffee.

This shop is unmatched in Dallas. Excellent coffee, great atmosphere, overall just a great place for coffee lovers. They set the bar for the Dallas coffee scene. They dont have wifi which is a plus in this case, because it encourages coffee, culture, and conversations.

Friendly staff and great drinks. The only downside is the hours. My hubby and I happened to be in the area on a Saturday when they are open a little later. Probably wont be able to make it back much.
