Wendy makes the best pizza! Staff isnt always the friendliest. Busy days are the worst time to go. Breadsticks are sometimes overcooked. Nacho cheese is way too expensive! Wish they had a small pizza option (not deep dish). Pizza is WAY too greasy - always have to pat it off before I eat. Love the hand tossed (but not really handtossed) pizza crust & the buttery garlic sauce they put on the crust (get a side of it too to dip my pizza in). Breadsticks are amazing when made correctly. Wish their sides werent so expensive. Not sure if CSRs wear gloves when working the salad bar. When I worked there, most didnt wear them (yuck!). All dough is pre-made & frozen.

Bedfords Pizza Hut has excellent quality pizza but customer service needs to improve. The delivery guys are very kind but the in store staff seems to be preoccupied and immature. I get Pizza Hut pizza by delivery, carry-out, and eating in frequently because I love the food and the prices but, I would appreciate if when Im there the cashiers would stay off their phones and the waitresses would not talk about their relationships and who they were with the night before in front of my children. These events have all happened on more than one occasion and its very unprofessional.

I waited 45 minutes later then their time of completion before I was able to recieve my order. I spent 50 minutes in the waiting area. I asked repeatedly about my order to be told " its coming up next sir". There were people that ordered at the register that received their food before me. When I finally received my food I asked to speak to a manager, only to be told that the manager was busy with other concerns. I would have saved time, money and patience going elsewhere. On the up side my food does seem fresh and well prepared

Dude where do I start, pizza hut... WOW! the pizza is good, but what really makes the experience is the wonderful employees of this immaculate establishment. The drivers are the best and have the highest professionalism I have seen in a long time since I was a little girl living in the rough streets of the South side of Chicago, there direct impact and service to the Patriots of this beautiful country will never again go un noticed after the great experience that the delivery driver left me with. Not all heroes wear capes.

Absolutely awful. I ordered my pizza at 12:39pm on 6/11/17. Was told my order would take 15-20 minutes. Paid for the pizza at 12:48pm. RECIEVED the pizza at 1:35pm after having to ask for my order repeatedly. The manager was requested to speak on this matter but was too busy. This is absolutely not acceptable. It would at least have helped had someone at least tried to explain why or food was an hour late but not even the manager could find time for us. As a frequent and repeat customer, I am DEEPLY dissatisfied.

So I took my family to the local pizza hut. This is what we had: 2 liter of Mountain Dew- $1.99 1 cheese sauce- $1.?? 1 medium pepperoni pizza-$5 1 supreme pizza-$7 Breadsticks-$5 16 wings-$8 Can someone tell me in the hell they charge me $44 for this? And whats worse the manager was too stupid to even read her own menu. Im livid. How can you function as an adult and be this freaking stupid!!! I couldve drove to indy, ordered pizza from a real Italian and drove home for less. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I placed my order online, not only was my order not ready at time promised, it was cold and they didnt have the order correct. Had to ask for everything that I ordered because they didnt check it. Guy at counter acted completely clueless!

Kitchen looks awfully disgusting. Looks like it hasnt been cleaned in a few years with old dough and a little rust on the rollers. I mean the food was great but there were cardboard boxes in the kitchen covered in grease.
