Id give zero stars if I could. Went there today with my son hoping things had improved since I last visited over a year ago. It was obvious as soon as we walked in nothing had changed. There was nobody ahead of me in line yet I stood at the counter for ten minutes waiting to be served. There were several employees just standing around yet not one bothered to help or even acknowledge me. Then it took another 15 minutes to get our two small blizzards. There was only one table being used and the rest were horribly filthy. The floor was sticky and filthy as well. If we have Dairy Queen again we will make the drive over to the Apple Valley location.

Obviously the owner does not care any longer at this location. The location has gotten worse over the years, the workers are slow, management has no idea how to run a company and the owner never response to reviews about the business. I have came to this Dairy Queen for over 20 years and its a pain to now go there with my children. If the owner knew how to run a business rather than just put cash in there pocket, they should look at the horrible service, the slow lines, the inabilities of the workers and fix the issue.

Honestly the service is terrible. I worked here so i understand getting behind and just wanting to get out at the end of the night, but the a majority of the staff dont care about the quality of the customer service, theyre rude and dont care what goes on in the store, also very unsanitary(dont wear gloves when preparing food). Very disappointed with my expeirence not only working here, but also with the way me and other people have been treated when going there to actually eat. Overall very disrespectful.

This location has slow service, is never fully staffed, employees act nonchalant about their job and take no interest in taking care of their workplace. The trash bins are always overflowing from my experiences and the tables are rarely wiped down. I really cant understand how a small business like this is so difficult to keep up, or maybe the management just doesnt care. Either way something needs to change if they plan to stick around. Other businesses will surely overrun this place in the near future.

This DQ location has sunk in overall quality over the last couple of years. During my most recent visit the staff were very slow and everything was dirty. The back counter areas, the floors, even most of the tables were dirty. The staff need to be more aware of how the restaurant looks. I usually go through drive through and don’t deal with these issues, but I would like the option of going inside and not having it be gross. The ice scream was still good, but definitely not impressed!

Wow! What a shock. Back again for a nice 23 minute wait in line through the drive through. Again looking at the posts, it must be nice to be an owner who could care less about the service. There are horrible reviews everywhere yet nothing changes besides remodeling. Glad they put the money where it shouldnt go. How about hire qualified people and start spending money for classes for your employees on how to properly service your customers. Cant wait till Culvers finally opens.

Highly recommend go to the apple valley one This location have a horrible service they seem like dont want serve. I came here during slow hour all of staffs stay behind counter and no one want to come out clean the dining room BTW this is my first time came to this location and I felt miserable Good luck with that franchise owner!

I like how slow they are and having to wait in the drivethur for 30 minutes for get my ice cream and how they say they close at 10pm and get there at 9:30pm and they are closed. Just hate going to this place. I go to the apple valley DQ and they are faster. Wouldnt waste my time going to the rosemount DQ anymore.

Wow. Stopped in to celebrate with kids. Maybe two other parties in restaurant. Ordered 3 mini blizzards and a caramel sundae. 35 min later, they came out melted. The cherry on top was manager flipping the blizzard upside down and having it drip all over the tray. We will not be back to this location

if you ask for extra topping in a blizzard and you pay for it, you should at least get a little bit more than normal? We have given them so many chances and they fail time after time. I get the feeling the kids working in there could care less about doing their job. The Farmington location is much better.

Ordered 5 blizzards for myself and kids. They were only able to turn one of them upside down. Rest were more like milk shakes. Melted horribly before we got them. We waited 15 min for them. Must have made them then delivered after 15 min? I dont know. I wont be back. And wasnt very busy at all.

Worst DQ ever. Watched an employee wipe extra of the lid off my slushie WITH HIS FINGER. Workers there are horribly slow. Many of them seem to stand around and do nothing. Weve never had a visit here that didnt take 15 to 20 minutes. DONT give them business.

After living in Hawaii for a couple years, my family was finally able to go to Dairy Queen again! We loved it! The food was the same quality as it was in Idaho before we moved to Hawaii. The burgers are also a higher quality than McDonalds.

DQ is getting pretty expensive and the food just isnt good enough for me to justify the price. The place was very clean and presentable. I even remember the guy at the till was very kind. But when I heard that total... ouch.

Ive waited for a sundae 15 minutes here before, very slow! Saw an elderly couple ask for a refund when their two ice cream cones took over 10 minutes. The cashier was not going to do anything and just kept taking orders.

Great place to go get some fast food if you plan on waiting 45 minutes in line for a burger and a smoothie then just to have them get the order wrong and hand you a cup dripping all over your vehicle.

30 minute wait for a Blizzard. Not the first time Ive run into this here. Slowest service Ive ever experienced. Drive further to another DQ and youll probably save yourself some time in the end.

Unreal...place was dead and still took over 20 min to make 2 blizzards, a PBParfait, and a chocolate cone. Place smelled as well and the kids working there had no clue.

30 min wait for a small cone and mini blizzard. Fully staffed, just very disorganized. Have never rated a place before, but this was just rediculous.
