I went to this DQ for some fast food. I place orders for 2 people. They made us wait in a line for 10 minutes before saying could you pull around back and we will bring the food out to you. Another 5 minutes roll by and theyou bring out our food. Fella says be careful of the fries as they are fresh and hot. Feeling into the bag I grabbed a fry and guess their definition of hot is re-dipped cold fries while one the other order got fresh hot ones.

Waited 30 mins for two blizzards. One blizzard was the guardians monthly. Once I got to the rim, after first couple bites...there was absolutely nothing! Just plain ice cream. I cant believe I waited and paid for this cheap. Literally stirred the blizzard completely and not even one piece of caramel, brownie, Choco pieces. Wow. Never doing that again. Could have driven to Apple valley, faster and better

I live within walking distance from this Dairy Queen. I could drive to the one in Rosemount, get my order, and drive back to my house in less time than I spent in the drive-through at the Farmington DQ. I ordered a medium blizzard, and the cup I was given was just over half full. This has happened twice in a month; there wont be a third chance.

Ive been to this DQ Multiple times, every time i go the service is horrible. Ive gotten called names from employees, my orders always get messed up! The teens get overwhelmed in the situation and need to learn to clam down and stop being rude... its there job! unbelievable how they still have a job!

Chicken tenders and onion rings were overcooked, blizzards didnt have much stuff in them ever though I paid for extra. Food was SUPER overpriced for the quality (I could have gone to Culvers for the same price). Girl who helped me at the drive through never smiled. Not once. Terrible.

worst service ever. how do you screw up a chocolate banana split blizard? hm strwaberry banana split blizard. way to ruin an 8ys olds last day of 2nd grade. Even the manager was laughing when i told him it was wrong, i think they should drug test their employees.

Sad it was 9:44 pm. The hours say until 10pm. My 5 year old was so excited and we pull up to the place closed and the workers sitting outside eating ice cream. They waived at us and laughed. My poor little girl cried.

Lunch crew is terrible! Rude, short tempered, and stingy. Go in the afternoon / evenings. Its the younger employees, so you may have to explain things an extra time or two, but at least theyre nicer.

Sometimes they are a little slow when they get busy, but a solid spot for a cool treat on a warm day. They also have hot food like burgers and hot dogs.

worst fast-food restaurant in the state. employed by kids managed by incompetence. Go to Apple valley if you need Dairy Queen, much better experience.
