I went into this place expecting a Subway/Quiznos experience, but what I got was much more than I expected. The staff was very friendly and when I asked the guy taking orders what his favorite sandwich was he smiled and told me a Wreck with everything. As unappealing as a Wreck sounds, I went with his reccommendation and could not have been happier with my decision, the warm soft bread crunched with the perfect amount of toasty goodness, the combination of the heat from the pickled peppers mixed perfectly with the flavors from the meats, veggies, and bubbly melted cheese. The atmosphere was great too as they had a talented musician singing playing accoustic guitar. I walked in expecting just a normal sandwich, but I what I got was a great meal with a relaxing atmosphere.

ive been here numerous times at all times of the day-busy lunch hour, to quieter evenings, and all the times the service was amazing!!! i would go back just for the service, theyre always so friendly and brighten up your day. on a side note, i always come here on my off days, so basically in sweat pants and looking a hot mess, i get weird looks from others, but not the employees, they treat me as they would anyone else and i love it. the food? thats even better!! the wreck with all the toppings is to die for!! if youre hungry and off from work, i would recommend this place, its also very cozy with really good wifi if you want to get work done too.. LOVE IT!

I recently visited the Potbelly in Eagan for the first time. Since the opening of the new road(northwood pkwy) crossing 35E near byerlys, I frequent this shopping center more often because it is so close to my home. I always get vegetarian sandwhich on thin-cut multigrain bread. Ive tried potato salad and the broccoli cheese soup and both were good. I absolutely love the Zapps potato chips. Im originally from LA, and I havent had Zapps in close to 7 years. Dont hesitate to give Potbelly a try.

Went there today with my mom for a Mothers Day lunch. When we arrived there was a piece of paper taped to the door saying the store needed to "close early due to a staffing issue". The store opened at 11am and was closed by 2pm when it was supposed to be open until 8pm. Very disappointing. Ive never known of a chain restaurant to actually close their doors for something like that.

Always one of my favorite places. Never feel like they rush, or mess up your sandwich. Very accommodating and friendly about my daughters food allergy. Unlike, a certain restaurant that starts with S and ends with Way. Who is rude about glove changes. Potbelly employees let me know they changed gloves just in case, and and were sweet to her.

Ive been going to this location for 2 years now for lunch and Ive noticed they are Fast, Efficient and Accurate, even with lines to the door. The staff is always friendly and have excellent people skills. These are few of many reasons as to why I regularly frequent this establishment for lunch.

Terrible service both in store and delivery. Soups are lukewarm at best and flavorless. Sandwiches are overpriced, sloppily made, and again flavorless. Bread is mushy and gross. Save your money and frustration and pick another place.

Just wanted a quick lean sandwich. The young lady was pleasure, friendly and got right down to business. She suggested other compliments to go with the sandwich. It was very tasty and I would go back again. Reasonably priced.
