Absolutely terrible service. Took 4 calls to finally place an order the whole way through to be told they dont deliver to my house. Although theyve been here several times in the last month and half since my family moved. When you call to order it seems youre calling some sort of call center. They have no idea of the area youre ordering from and are not well trained on top of it all. The only positive experience from the last 45 minutes of attempting to even place an order for my family was the last gal who answered at the call center - Felisha. She was sharp and didnt waste a second of time. Toppers it is from now on.

Ordered a pizza at 11:20 am for my daycare lunch. Said delivery time of 11:53. How does she know? Shes not at my pizza hut, has no idea who called in sick or if their busy?? Called at 12:10 wondering where my pizza was. Put on hold 3 times. Finally driver came at 12:25. Felt sorry for him because it might not have been his fault, but when he offered to take care of my bill I let him. Well see if the amount actually doesnt go on my debit card, I never signed t h e slip so it better not. What a joke.

Worst service ever. Im not sure whos more to blame the fact that when you call you have to talk to someone who then has to talk to someone who then tells someone to make the pizza well somewhere in there they mess your order up every time. I ask for a bacon Hamburger pizza. Hamburger bacon pizza sauce and cheese. Not to hard but I get meatballs bacon and bbc sauce which is nasty as dog crap

Well we ordered at 6:04 and at 7:31 it still wasnt here so we called them and they said that they cant deliver for some odd reason and we all ready payed for the food and didnt get it and now they are blaming it on us for ordering from a store that didnt deliver to our place even though we we were very specific if they ordered to our location

Waited on my pizza in the parking lot for 40 mins all while I watched two of their workers smoke and joke for nearly half that time, did not actually get the personal pan box deal only a medium personal pan pizza which isnt even in pan form and a side of breadsticks but still had to pay $31 for it? I will never go there again.

Ordered delivery and service was terrible. Pizza was smashed against one side of the box. Cheese and toppings were missing from one half, because they slid over to the other side. Took 1 hour to get here and took 15 minutes to get a refund. Biggest joke is they thought I would take credit at the store over a refund.

I have had nothing but problems there! Every single time Ive called or been there in person. If theyre not answering the phone, screwing up the order,. One time I saw the cook dig in the garbage and then went directly to take my wings out of the deep fryer. Nothing but problems!

Placed an online order for my class at FHS for an 11:30am delivery. When we called to check the order of the statues the worker was very rude. It is currently 11:40am (ten minutes late) and the pizza has not arrived.

Ordered a wings and pasta tonight at 9pm, they said it would be delivered at 9:40pm. Here it is, 10:10pm and I cant even call to get a refund or see where my stuff is because they wont answer the phone after 10pm.

Their system didnt take the full cost off my card even though I had more than enough. So the manager took money out of his own pocket to pay the remaining balance. Great customer servic.
