I am so disappointed about the quality of food and service at this location. After a long day at work I ordered a take out meatloaf dinner and thought I would be getting curbside service but even after I phoned to let them know I was waiting, I had to go into the restaurant to get the meal. It was apparent that things were out of control when I noticed that the person before me was checking her order and finding things missing. When I got home I found the meet loaf was ok but the whole quart of mac and cheese was stone cold. I called the store and was told I could bring it back for another one--ridiculous. Then I was offered some coupons for a free dessert--when will the managers realize that people just want what they pay for. I turned the offer down. When I opened the rolls it looked as if they gave me leftovers from other people's plates. Rolls in a flat styrofoam--some flat, some on their sides, some that were so squished they were not even square. Apparently they give then worst looking things to the people getting take out. However, when I ordered the same meal at the Mayfield Height store, it was a different story. The rolls came in a flat bakery box and were lovely and fresh, looking like they actually came from a bakery and the hot food was hot, the cold food, cold. I will NEVER return to the store--I am sorry I didn't take the whole thing back for a refund

We ordered carry-out online. The order was about $10 per person. We were not allowed to pay at the carry-out cash register - had to go to the only open register and wait in line to pay. We were missing syrup for our pancakes, sour cream for a baked potato, and sauce for grilled chicken. The food was mediocre. I paid $2 extra above the usual price of a 3-course dinner for cheesecake with cherry topping - got 1 half of a cherry and a little bit of sauce. When I called to speak to the manager she apologized, said shed speak to the carry-out expediter, but offered no discount or other consideration for our trouble. I told her we would never order from them again. Word to the wise: read the other reviews here and DONT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT FOR CARRY-OUT unless youre willing to make multiple trips to get your full order.

Every time I go to this Bob Evans I get the worst service. The waitresses I get every time completely ignore my girlfriend and I. Tonight we came in and three people that came in after us walked out fully fed. My girlfriend and I got our food when a family of four next to us got their food. They were there for 10 minutes! We waited a half hour and you guys were not even busy! To top it off the cashier that asked me how everything was (at least she asked because the last one fully ignored me when I talked to her), obviously I told her it was horrible service! I have never tipped $0 on multiple different occasions!

Worst Bob Evans I have ever been to, and I love Bob Evans. Terrible service, we asked for straws and he never came back. Seriously the server never came back and was talking to other employees the whole time. Somebody else ended up bringing us our food, which was sitting on the counter for at least 10 minutes. Overall we were waiting for our food for close to 35min. Obviously the food was cold by then and the eggs tasted like garbage. Worst eggs I have ever eaten and I ended up having to spit out the bite I had taken because they tasted like chemicals. DO NOT EAT HERE unless you love poor service and bad food.

Bob Evans has really gone down hill. It was not necessarily the staff (though the staff quality is not too great), but all the changes the franchise had made. Quality is way down. This place reminds me of Dennys instead of Cracker Barrel which it used to resemble. Not enough chicken, dressing, tomatoes on the Wildfire Salad. Plate wasnt big enough to mix the salad. Furthermore they no longer sell the Wildfire Sauce in bottles. This franchise must be committing a slow suicide. It is like a sit-down fast food restaurant.

I really like Bob Evans restaurants. I will start by saying when I arrived there not many cars were outside. Walking into the restaurant the staff had a sort of blink stare (not really welcoming) So the waiter that took our order I believe had some type of attitude. On top of that my food was not hot! It was warm/cold. Which I had to send back. I will not return to this Bob Evans the cuyahoga Falls location is much better!

The old saying that you cant trust a man with two first names applies here. Luckily, Evans is not a first name and because of that you can trust this place. Food is good, staff is good, and drinks are good. Most people give me a sour look for ordering pop for breakfast, thats how we say soda up here, but the people at Bob Evans are always welcoming and accepting of my choice.

If you have outdoor seating and the lobby is full, you should probably check that outdoor seating before simply bumping people off the waiting list. Our dining experience was mediocre at best and we spent at least half of our time sitting with empty coffee cups. At least the food was decent, though portions were smaller than I remembered.

Decent place for breakfast. Coffee is good. Sometimes the food comes out lackluster. Not as many freshly made options as they seem to put on the menu. If you are in a group of more than four people, you will have to wait for your food. Best is if you and one other person go, at which point youll get decent service.

Excellent Service at this Bob Evans location. I love getting their chicken pot pie and a salad. The waitresss are always friendly. Great with coffee refills. The seating/hostess staff is always there to help you out. Solid management team. I always walk out with a full belly. Highly recommend this Bob Evans.

I have always lived within a few minutes of this place within the last 4 years. I have had to go orders and sit down orders. The staff is usually always pretty friendly and the food is always good. I may have waited a few minutes more than Id like too at times but overall I feel its a great place for the price.

Theres a reason I give cash tips at the end of the transaction during a pick up order. The host, Alyssa, was very quick to greet me and cash me out. She then decided to take two take out orders over the phone and help another carryout customer before handing me my food. She didnt bother apologizing at all.

I have never had a bad experience at this particular Bob Evans. The food is always good, the staff is amazing, and if you get Brittani as your waitress, your experience will only be that much better. Keep up the good work girl! If you ever feel like no one appreciates you, I do!

Disappointed..Ordered steak & eggs, Steak was 3inches long it was mushy when I cut into it..I took one bite that had a horrible taste, my guess tenderizer! Hash brown tasted like Cooked in imitation butter and was a 1/2 cup brown on top. Needless to say I wont be back for that!
