We were going for pizza 1/24/15 after a basketball game, we couldnt get through on the phone. we drove there and they were slammed! There was at least 6 people in line. The young woman was pushing the pizzas out fast. then it came to a short white woman. She wanted to know Where were her pizza and why was it taking so long! She was talking Very loud and nasty About the same time her pizzas were done. The young woman was very apologetic and professional. Then we heard she had only had to wait a little less than ten minutes and had an order of about 16 pizzas. The woman kept on tell the young cashier how put out she was and that she would Never be back and how she just blew the only chance she would get to get her business & would be calling the management "This is even after they knocked $5 dollars off for her trouble ,The other customers and myself were in shock the way this woman spoke down to the very kind young woman, I feel really bad for anyone who has to make a pizza or anything for this ungrateful rude person. It was so hard not to say something, to let her know what a ______ she was. I dont know how. the young woman held her tongue ..... But she did! she handled the situation vet professional and with grace. The Cashier did a great job. and so did the rest of the staff at Pizza Hut that night! our pizzas were great! we only got 2 :) Thanks for such a great Job!

Worst Pizza Hut in this area. Carry out has been extremely slow because the employees are too busy talking about garbage at work and nobody greets the customers. Placed a delivery order tonight at 9:30 and received a phone call about 15 minutes later stating theyd be late because Gender Rd was closed due to an accident. Called the store and asked the status of my order an hour after the man called from the store. Was placed on a brief hold a couple times after being interrupted by the man and was told it was in the drivers hand and would be here shortly. Reminded him it had been over an hour since I placed the order and asked how cold my food was going to be and he said "it shouldnt be because we kept it warm here, if it is well give you credit for next time or remake it for you this evening if you want" I told him I hope so and he said "have a good night" and hung up on me instantly. Worst experience ever *1 year update* STILL AWFUL

I can only speak of this locations delivery experience. I have ordered from this pizza hut 6 or 7 times in the last year and a half. It is so infrequent due to the disappointment of the service after each order. I have never received any delivery order in under 2 hours despite living 4 minutes from this location. The pizza upon delivery has always been luke warm to almost room temperature their wings half been slightly warmer most likely due to the foil they are wrapped in. Overall I give the speed of delivery for this location a .5/10, the quality a 5/10 compared to other pizza huts. There is a Dominos across the street that always has the order to my house 20 minutes after I hit submit on their website and the food quality is always at least an 8/10 but usually a 9 or 10. It is hard to justify ordering from Pizza Hut.

I hate even giving this place one star. A couple weeks ago we ordered, order was going to take an hour. No big deal. It was 1.5 hours after the expected delivery time before it arrive. It was cold. Im not talking room temp. Im talking it had to be nuked to make it worth eating. Called and was given a credit. Ordered again tonight to use credit. Food arrive hot but part of our order was missing. Its been 30 minutes and the guy hasnt came back. I live less than 10 minutes from them. Needless to say I will no longer be ordering from them. We have also in the past tried to pick up our order and it was an hour after the time we were suppose to receive it before we had it in hand. They claimed they were changing management and it will get better. That was a year ago. I will be writing corporate now.

When you call 30 minutes before they close for delivery they make it a big deal and are very rude. When she answered the phone the woman said will this be for carry out or ... then stopped didnt even offer delivery. When I asked if thry deliver at this time I was told well we close in 30 minutes and you wont get it till after we close at 11. She avoided the question and when I asked again if they offer delivery at this time she sighed and said yes is that what you want. Therefore I said no never mind thank you for being rude. After I called dominos because the are glad to have my service because the drivers know I always tip well.

Pizza was cooked fine but was all on one side of the box, like it had been dropped. Manager or Driver was out front stocking 2 liters, and after standing there for 30-60 seconds he says "Someone will help you shortly" and walks to the back and yells for someone to come up front. The girl that came up front must have been new or just clueless. See took my payment then answered the phone and didnt get my pizzas. Another employee had came up and got the pizza out of the warmer for me. While pizza is usually cooked well the service is always lacking.

Okay so I could have grown tomatoes, made my very own dough, processed all the cheese and meat, and baked the pizza in the amount of time that we have been waiting for our order. We literally live 4 minutes from this location and its been almost 2 hours since our order was placed. Its a Tuesday night, you guys. Were still waiting. Called and spoke with Courtney. She said the driver was out so our pizza should be here any minute. LOL OKAY Its been five minutes since I called. Still no food. Ugh.

Ordered online, and told a 3 hour delivery. Called the store hoping that was a mistake, only to find they had no drivers. When I got there to pick it up, they had voided my order trying to convert to a pickup and lost the order and payment. Worst pizza experience ever! This is not the first time we have had issues with this site on losing orders, delivery, etc. Never go there.

Service is very slow. Pizza is just like any Pizza Hut pizza, good pizza and food. They take your money first and then tell you it will be another 10-15 minutes and it turns into 30 minutes most of the time. Busy nights will take no less than an hour to get your food usually.

My order arrived with the pizza in a melted clump on the side of the box. The manager was incredibly rude and I had to go to a lot of trouble to get a refund. She didnt seem to care. It took 2 1/2 hours before I could even get a refund, no pizza every arrived.
