This facility was usually a five star location up till this past Saturday (About 1pm). The service was the worst i have ever had (That is saying a lot considering Applevalley is terrible). The cooks were in the back messing around with the female staff laughing and having a jolly ole time while they were completely out of steak and dang near out of barbacoa on the line. My wife and i were 6&7th in line and it took us 25min to get served, are you kidding me. My wife went first and got a barbacoa burrito. I was next and ordered the same thing but after putting a tiny bit of barbacoa meat on she goes well we are out now what other meat would you like on this? You are joking right, they didnt inform me that they were out of barbacoa and put some of the bottom scraps in my burrito and says choose something else and by the way we are out of steak too. At this point i am almost ready to walk out. The only reason they are out of meat is due to the cooks are still in the back flirting or god knows what with the female staff in back. Now to top it off the person rolling the burrito could not roll one to save her life. She was basically mashing everything into a ball and trying to roll it, therefore causing them to fall apart and rip so she was asking us if we would like her to add a second tortilla. NO i do not want two damn tortillas. This place is now a joke in my book and i will be going to the location off Cliff due to the lack of customer service and employee management. The only reason it is getting a two star is because of their performance with previous staff. I am just glad there is another location nearby because i will continue to support Chipotle, just not this location.

Im the first person to suggest chipotle for any occasion when we want to grab food! I love it. But this location CONSTANTLY disappoints. The staff is rude as can be, but maybe because Im a retail manager Im more critical. Who knows. If my staff treated customers like these employees do, I would be horrified. The male cashier obviously needs a crash course in customer service and how to multi task. Third visit in a row we had to wait for meat and chips. Waited a good 10 minutes for meat to be cut when it was just sitting there already done. Then waited for chips for another 10 minutes because no one standing around could go bag them while everyone in line was waiting for meat!! Hassled us about not receiving a drink we had already paid for, finally gave it to us when hubs showed the receipt. They make you feel like youre a bother and unimportant. Now for the food. Steak was WAY too dry. Rice should not CRUNCH when you bite it, it was so hard we barely ate our food. And after waiting on them for so long and driving 5 minutes to get home, it was cold as ice. We will NEVER return to this location. I would rather drive 20 minutes to another location, or go to qudoba where there customer service is shotty, but at least our food is hot and tasty.

I eat here alot but this time was so bad had to review. I got 2 bowls, they bagged them and I head back to work which is across parking lot. The lids werent on tight and in the 2 minutes after I left, liquid had soaked thru the bag and it broke as I was carrying it, sending one bowl flying and spillng everywhere. I went back and they tried to charge me for another one, even after I explained to them that the lid wasnt on tight, was just here a few minutes ago, and I am a regular customer. The manager said ok make another one, and they gave me about half the portion of meat I had on my first ruined bowl! I asked for more meat and they said they would have to charge me for extra meat. Then they put the lid on and again isnt closed all the way! You could see lettuce poking out of the side! I said, "thats why my first one leaked and broke my bag. You arent putting the lids on tight!" I got no apology at all from them just glares and eye rolls.

This location is the closest and most convenient for me and my family. When my husband was on the way to this location I was upset but okay because we had an appointment at the Allina clinic just across Yankee Doodle rd. We walked in and didnt have to wait in line because there was only one other person ordering food. The one person in front of us got very small pours...(weve gone to this location many times, since, like I said, its most convenient to us)...then my husband recognized a couple of the line workers and said "no, lets go". There have been a few times that weve gone to this location and it was very tasteless. Weve even stopped people at the door going in to let them know that the food wasnt very good and to go the extra drive to the chipotle on cliff!

I have been going to this Chipotle for several months not only because the food is tasty, but the people there are wonderful! The GM, Elizabeth and her team, always have positive attitudes and make my meal exactly how I like it, even if I get a little picky. I enjoy walking in and being greeted by Maria. Every time I see her she greets with a big smile and asks how I am doing. I can feel a sense of sincerity in her that not many fast food employees provide. Followed by Dillon and Jarrov who are as well always smiling, joking around and making the experience that much better. I overall give 5 stars to Elizabeth and her team for always providing not only great food, but a warm and friendly environment! Thanks guys!

Like others have said, VERY small portions. Corn was frozen, Barbacoa had tons of arteries/fat/unknown pieces in it. (Not your typical chipotle experience) I actually left this chipotle disappointed in their food and service. Which has never happened before. Chipotle corporate needs to make a sweep through here and figure things out. This is by far the worst chipotle in the metro area. Edit: The more I think about it. This is probably a franchise chipotle. And the franchisee is cutting corners BIG TIME. Never will I return to this chipotle until things are figured out. The Qdoba 3 blocks away is much better in every way.

This is a delightful place to get something to eat. Chipotle fills you up. They include so much inside of their burritos that I have to take it home with me and eat the rest later. I still have yet to be able to eat a full burrito in one setting, but thats okay with me. The people who work there are polite and delightful. Even though this place can be busy at times, the lines go pretty fast.

There was a time I went to this Chipotle maybe 3 times a week. So I think that speaks for itself. The lines are really long during lunch so keep that in mind. Like out the door long. I think its because a lot of people order online which makes it kind of chaotic. Besides that, great location, service always good.
