Only once I can recall them messing up my order. The highway close to the drive-thru is inconvenient but the order taker double checks asking if everything on the screen is right or they might repeat the order back to you. The food is always fresh(as fresh as fast food can be). Its always tasty. There was even a time when we had an extra taco that wasnt charged to us. (Made to many?) Ive been to both locations in eagan and this is the best. The other location people were rude or just didnt talk at all. This location Ive always had friendly service.

Terrible management, I ordered two burritos from the drive thru and I had to wait approximately 10 minutes at the window to receive them given no explanation of why it took so long. Another time I ordered a supreme nacho, they were served at room temperature, I also ordered cinnabon delights, which were just barely above room temperature. How do you make these items so slow and not even make sure theyre microwaved for like 10 seconds longer?

I just had the worst experience ever this afternoon. I went in, trying to pay. The assistant manager came over, completely incompetent. Long story short, my account was charged 3 times for the same bill. They just couldnt figure their system out. Bad attitudes, horrible service, and complete incompetence characterize the staff of this Taco Bell. If you want a taco, go some place else.

This location has to be the best in their district. Ive been to all of them and its the cleanest and always has friendly staff. From the hours of noon till 2-3 its packed but thats to be expected during lunch rush. You may have a bit of a wait but its totally worth it. I love this location and will rarely go to another taco Bell

Horrible; tried to call for almost an hour and got busy signal. when I showed up; employees are all goofing around throwing things at each other in the kitchen... What should I expect though from a taco bell. especially when they hire children.

This Taco Bell always has the best service and is really clean. Convinient location, good parking, nice driveway, the other night the manager comped my pop, even though it was I who forgot to order it when I went through the drive thru.

The new location is horrible. It feels like there is even less space then the old location AND the drive thru has horrible noise coming from 35E that makes it almost impossible to communicate with the person taking your order.

Theres gotta be 30+ people standing around waiting for food. Watched them make a burrito, then unwrap it to figure out what they just made cause they forgot what they were doing. If you want fast food do not go here.

Masterful food, Burritos wrapped tighter, cinnamon twists sweeter than any other taco bell I have been to. The staff are very friendly, Brett had a smile on his face and seemed to be the most competent employee there

The service was ok, and yes they do need to do something about the noise since it can be difficult to speak to the order taker! The drive thru needs to be rebuilt.
