If I could give a zero rating, I would. We have a family of 5 people we asked for 3 of the cheeseburger deals (2 cheese burgers fries and a soda) so 6 burgers total, 3 fries, 3 sodas, a chicken fry meal, and a bacon cheddar ranch meal with no cheese. The person behind the register is either mentally disabled, or doesnt give a care about his job. We didnt get what we ordered. I get that these people want a living wage but you do not deserve a decent paying job if you cannot get this order correct. Pay attention to the customers wants and youll get better review. Put people with customer service skills behind the register and you wont have people complaining about getting the wrong order. Seriously ever person behind us had their orders taken incorrectly too. What a waste of food. What a waste of money. Hire better employees. So disappointed with this experience. The only positive was that the place looked clean and the bathrooms were clean.

When I went to order my card was unfortunately declined, however when I asked if they would cancel my order for me and apologized the assistant manager instead comped my meal and told me to have a great day with a smile on his face. I would have not eaten that day, but the asdistant manager couldnt have known that. His kindness without expectation or exclusivity made my day. Not only that, the other employees were polite and served my good faster than expected! Most importantly the food was fresh and delicious. This kind of customer service makes me want to go back again, if B.K. corperate is listening, please give Tim a raise at least!

Poor customer service and lazy employees. Was told they didnt make something on the menu when they still did but the night staff employees didnt want to make it. Place is a joke. They were making some good money off me, but now I wont return. I hope the managers read this review and try to fix the problem. Staff there also always make it sound like such a big deal to take your order. Just fire all the staff and get people who have the slightest sense of customers service. I hope corporate shuts this establishment down.

Walk-in about 15 minutes before they closed assistant manager said dining room will be closing in 10 minutes. My Whopper meal, the burger itself was a little on the cold side. The floors were filthy the tables were sticky. Brought it to the assistant managers attention and he really didnt seem like he cared. Have been to this Burger King over the years its always the nastiest dirtiest fast food chain in this area.

Good service, fast delivery to table. Club salad: most of veggies wilted and dry except sliced tomato ok. Bacon fine. Grilled chicken was awful. Hard and dry. Looked and tasted like it was cooked last week. Wont be back to this one. Management sets the tone for food quality. This one failed. Even fast food should have standards that are not only in place, but followed.

Love the Veggie Burgers; and this location made it just like the Whopper, seriously - the best I have had so far - this was a pull aside & wait with a coupon for another entry another time, so Now they got a High standard in which I certainly Hope they can live up to. Will recommend to friends and associates!!!

I went through the drive through receiving burnt food. I went in to get my meal cooked better and wasted my time to get more burnt food. Worst experience Ive had and I am never going to this location again. Very disappointed.

Super dirty and sticky everywhere. Very slow service they acted like it was everyones first day on the job. Bathrooms were dirty also and everything was out dated. Tear it down!

The drive trough at this location continuously takes a ridiculous amount of time, get it together. 15 minutes plus in the drive through, even with 2 or 3 other cars.
