I ordered online at 3:45 PM on May 29 because I told my husband is faster you can go to the register just pick up your food at the time that the computer gives you. The computer told me 415 go to the register and pick up your food itll be ready all set I have a picture to prove it. I get there and Im waiting for the guy at the register who does not acknowledge me at all! I have to kind of lean in to tell him hey I ordered online my NAME 4:15 pick up .... he looks at me goes back to the register start helping more people, and then he goes whats your name again, I tell him my NAME 4:15 I ordered online and pre-paid, again he goes back to the register house couple more people and asked me my name a third time and I tell my name and he prints off the slip and puts me at the beginning of the line. They wait on three people then work on my order wait on three more people work on my order by this time I couldve waited in line and already had my food. I said why bother ordering online if you guys are going to have it ready isnt that the whole point? He said sorry my kitchen is backed up I said then youre online ordering system should allow you more time to make my order and tell me to show up later. And I said why bother ordering online once again if youre not gonna be ready at the time that the online ordering system told me? He went back to helping other people while they were still fiddling around with my order. Then the other girl that was preparing my order in between a few customers at a time had my order done and it was sitting there with the receipt on top of it and she was gonna walk away and start more orders they said excuse me excuse me I said can I have my order to go please? She asked me really snotty, whats your name? So for the fourth time I repeated my name to her she looked at this black girl that was working there and they shook their heads and then she put my food in a bag and the black girl said to me you dont have to be rude and I said Ive been waiting here for 10 minutes I ordered online and it told me to be ready and down here at 4:15 and all I had to do was come to the register and pick up my bag Ive been waiting through 10 to 12 people being waited on I couldve very well have stood in line and had my food faster. I wasnt being rude I was just wondering why bother ordering online if youre not going to be ready when the online ordering system says that you are supposed to be here to pick up your food and it says youre going to have it ready I have a picture of it, she handed me the bag and turned her back to me very rude and very unprofessional and slow this needs to be taken care of and compensation needs to be made!!!! No wonder you guys have a 2.8 and sinking fast on Google !!!!

So I love Chipotle but as the other comments people have made this place is going down hill. Used to go to Chipotle every other week but now its less and less due to the poor service and experiences. About 2 months I ordered a chicken bowl, cartinas bowl, chips, and guacamole. Sadly we got the food home and it was actually 2 chicken bowls and the chips were stale and guacamole was old. Called and complained then got 2 free bowls. Went to get them and ate there with my family and my niece had a chicken bowl with a whole bunch of fat in it. Did eat there again for awhile and got a chicken bowl with fajitas and got no fajitas. Also got my son a cartinas kids meal and over half the meat was fat. So called and complained again got credit for a bowl and kids meal. Ordered online again tonight and when I got there told them what happened and the manager apologized again and guess what my sons meat was half fat again... Needless to say I didnt call and complain again because even tho we got our meal for free clearly they didnt get the memo about fatty meat!

I dont normally write reviews but I have had two pretty bad experiences with this particular Chipotle. The first one I used the app to place an order, got the email saying my order would be ready at 7:00. so I got there around 7:05 because of traffic, and they said my order wasnt supposed to be ready till 8:00. I showed them the email I had saying otherwise. They dont even try to make my order, so after standing there while people that came in after I did were leaving with their food I tried again, "my email says my order was supposed to be ready 20 min ago" at this point they get a manager involved who brings me an order with a completely different name on it. I pointed out the error and told him I was glad i didnt prepay because their service was a joke and left without any food. The second A couple months later I was in the area and decided to try again, this time the the guacamole was brown from sitting out too long, and the chips were stale. one star is too many for this joke of an establishment.

I stop by this Chipotle yesterday and the employees seemed young and uninterested in working. The food line and work space was a mess and not one of them seemed interested in wiping it down to make it look more clean and attractive. The young man that prepared my food did not drain the liquid from the beens before placing them in my tacos and it was the same thing with the salsa therefore my tacos ended up soggy. There was sour cream and corn on the opposite end of the food line in a place they shouldnt have been and there was cheese and lettuce on the counter by the cash register. They had to brush a chunk of cheese off of the paper bags in order to grab a bag to put my food in. The person behind me ordered a burrito and the kid made it so carelessly that Im sure it just fell apart when she opened it. I love Chipotle however, this was the first time that I honestly considered leaving my order there at the register and walking out.

There wasnt a SINGLE thing appealing about this location. We got there 45 minutes before they closed, but ALL of their chair were up on the tables, leaving only a few dirty booths available. Then, when we finally go to the front of the line, there was only 1 girl working the whole food bar, because another employee felt the priority was to sweep the floor instead of servicing the crowd. Not to mention the manager was busy stocking lids and straws as the line continued to grow. They didnt have, nor would they make more fajitas for their vegitarian customers, they were apparently out of lettuce (check the fridge, guys), and they were out of chips. We got he response, "We dont have anymore" several times with a lazy shrug of the shoulders. Seriously the WORST experience Ive ever had anywhere. They dont even deserve 1 star. Chipotle needs to make some serious changes. Its laughable how pathetic that location is.
