Been coming here for over 11 years and theres a few people working during lunch that dont handle a fast pace enviroment that well. How hard can it be? I worked in the restaurant business for 4 years and loved the lunch crowds because of the fast pace. Because of a few rude employees we are driving further away from home to other DQs for my familys fast food needs. Hopefully management reads these reviews and takes them seriously. 1 bad employee can detour hundreds of potential long term customers.

Ordered the Chicken Strip basket, which was good. But the customer service was terrible. The cashier gave quick responses to everything as if she was in a hurry or something. She seemed more interested in what her co worker in back was doing than showing good customer service. And that co worker in back brought my food without saying anything, maybe its just me but I thought that to be incredibly rude. Their focus was definitely not on the customer.

I came here instead of Culvers to order their new cotton candy order. But the staff was blending it for like 10s and the ice cream turns into liquid which I dont like. Then she made me another one but I saw she was putting the whole huge spoon of cotton candy topping which made my small cotton candy turned into a cup of sweet icecre. Awfully Too much cotton candy, and it super sweet I may get diabetes is the only thing

Its a standard DQ chain, with outdoor seating. The staff were distracted and inattentive to all customers during my visit during non peak times. They were missing ingredients for their special new dessert (which is why we visited) however, what we did order, was prepared quickly. The inside of the store is a little cramped. Probably better for drive through use.

Came in for the promotional drink from 2 - 5 and everyone was preoccupied with other things instead of taking orders.. 3 min later Im asked what I want, turns out promotion ends if your order is after 5, even tho youre in line at/prior to 5. Confusing to know whos at the register and whos not.

3 employees. All looked like they hate their jobs and people in general. Cashier was especially rude and apparently nobody could speak in sentences longer than one word. Theres two other locations the same distance from me with much friendlier employees.

Food was good as usual and delivered to our table in good time. However, everytable was dirty, and three people at the counter with only one really doing anything ! Must be practicing for a road construction crew, or possibly a government job.

Incredibly rude and slow service. Cashier missed items on the order then rudely said everything was on the tray, when it obviously was not. Even other customers standing around were shaking their heads at the rude service.

No lies, pup cups are huge. You have to pay for them so I think they make up for that but man. I have two small dogs and they could have shared one. So just know that if you are taking your canine for a treat.

Great place to get ice cream. Usually good service. Sometimes can get a little crazy after baseball games, but otherwise OK. Floors kind of dirty, especially under front counters.
