This place is horrible. The water sinks and is hard water they dont clean the showers very well at all. They have 5 showers and they are not very big. We were here for 24 hours the womens restroom was cleaned once. As a truck driver we have seen some pretty bad places and this is one of them. These employees dont care about the customer or if they have a good experience and a clean one. The women that run the registers are snotty and rude. As a cashier myself when Im not on the road the women that work here would be fired. This establishment is a joke and Flying J needs to come in a do a make over. They only have a subway and a little deli because the restaurant that was here was closed. For whatever reason. Hopefully we will not be back here and if we are we will not be taking a shower.

I frequent there 5 times/week out of necessity not choice. Absolute terrible customer service. They will have 4 employees behind the counter and only one of them will be open to help customers. I waited behind 9 customers for the one cashier while 3 other employees joyfully had a conversation behind the counter. Every time you go there you should expect to wait 5-10 minutes to pay for anything. They just dont care. Hope a Holiday goes in where they bulldozed the old gas station kiddy corner to it. This place needs some competition.

Dirtiest truck stop Ive been in.. We got in at 4pm sunday evening and those bathrooms werent cleaned when I got up to use them at 5am the next morning.. the coffee machines were nasty with gross stuff all over them.. When I stated to the cashier how its the dirtiest truck stop weve been in she says "ohh well were hiring you can fill out and application over there".. Wrong answer! Just lost a customer

I stay here every time Im in this area. Amanda and Tony are great! Its always clean, plenty of food and everyone is very helpful. I will say that it fills up fast so I usually purchase a parking space. They always have my receipt printed up for me when I arrive. There are other places in the area where I could stay but why would I?

If you drive a diesel passenger vehicle dont waste your time with this place. The apparently dont believe in maintaining their pumps. Conveniently located on my drive to work I stop here for fuel and 75 percent of the time their pumps are out of service. On the other hand they do have decent food at the restaurant.

TERRIBLE customer service(there is always a problem) Filthy bathrooms and overall grubby. Terrible selection, and grossly overpriced (even for a truck stop). Awful coffee. Main attached restaurant is closed (it was a health hazard when it was open). Save yourself the experience and avoid if possible. A Big Yuck!

One of the worse showers ive had in a long time. The toilet still had remnants of the person from before me. Shower stall looks like it wasnt even wipe down. I sat there and watch the kid go and put towels and came out 30 seconds later and never took a cleaning bucket nothing.

I would give negative 5 star if I could , found inside coffee some nasty stuff, customer service is the worst in the country, stuff is rude, especially morning manager from subway, dirty place, I wouldnt recommend anyone stopping here ......

Stinky showers for professional drivers. Truck parking smells filthy, employees need to work on cleanness of the store... Could get better if they work out on the store
