I ordered 3 grinders, the young man said it would arrive in 45 min. 1 hour and 10 min from ordering I called back to check to make sure everything was alright. He said they would be leaving soon. The order arrived a half hour later. All the grinders were cold (all were ordered to be hot grinder). One of the grinders was incorrect, ham grinder with lettuce onion and tomato, turned into a turkey ham bacon with onion and lettuce. I called back and asked to speak to a manager, as explaining my issue the line went dead. I called back asked for the manager again and the line went dead. Normally not one to complain but this was such a terrible experience. Will never use them again, upset I paid for what we got.

Two good experiences in one day. First for lunch had 2 giant slices of pepperoni and bacon for 2$ a slice. Then about 3 hours later I returned, but not for food. I left my wallet after I finished eating by accident and i didnt realize till i had gotten home from work. Long story short, I called Hometown Pizza and they had it safe in their cash register, went back and offered the crew 20$ to split amongst themselves and they smiled and told me to keep my hard earned money. Great food, Great people. Not easy to come by these days. 5 stars.

Did delivery. Had their pizza few months ago was good.the pizza I ordered Monday for lunchI almost choked soo dry .hardlyno sauce ,new owner? Cudos on how much meat there was but you bit into all meat fell off! Wheres the cheese ?two things about cheese holds meat on pizza and tastes great ! Need to order west end pizza it would teach you a thing or too about making a pie! To bad they closed on Monday! Wont order from you again.

Two orders of wings, they get one wrong. Either get a credit, or new wings. I wantsd my order done the right way, so i asked for new wings. They made me bring the wrong order in order to get my order RIGHT. So, I could have gotten a credit and the wrong order, or the right orser and no make-up for their failure. Pathetic pizza place, pathetic management. Will be telling all my friends to 1 star.

Coming from the NJ/NY area, I can honestly say that I know my pizza - the area has some $hitty pizza, youre more than likely to come across them- hometown pizza is actually awesome for the area that its in - pizza is sold by the slice, and good quality. The subs are also good, usually get the italian combo/theyre called "grinders" here I call them "subs/hero" - nonetheless theyre great cold!

Best for pizza slices at lunch as they are reheated. The thin crust crisps to perfection when thrown back in the oven! I will buy a pizza, let it cool and throw it back on my pizza stone and I am in heaven! Decent when ordered as is, best reheated!

I have tried about 60 percent of what Hometown has to offer. Every meal I had was excellent. Great pizza, grinders, salads and the best Cheeseburger in Bristol if not Central Connecticut !!! AAA+++ Keep up the good work.

OK, NY style pizza with a sometimes edible crust. Last straw buying a pizza here was after receiving a burnt inedible Sicilian pie. I dont call and complain, I just dont return my business.
