I hate how critical people are. Acting like the world is a perfect place and that everything should go their way with no consideration for others. I eat here a lot considering I live near it, but of course I wait just like everyone else. They appear to be short staffed so its understood. I usually see 1 person manning both front and drive through. Then one or maybe two people making orders. Sometimes I wait no more than 5 minutes others I wait 7-10, but unless Im in a rush I dont mind. If I were in a rush or pressed for time I wouldnt stop anyway. They are usually polite considering what people in customer service, fast food or retail have to deal with especially in this location from people. People always expect people in these lines of work to be polite, but customers are often rude, disrespectful and talk down to folks. I work in Minnetonka and Lake Calhoun area both with different types of people, but have bad apples also. A message to people writing reviews... THE WORLD ISNT PERFECT SO GET OFF YOUR HIGH HORSE.

I Never Use To Have A Problem With Late Night Staff Until Now. When I Get To The Intercom The Lady Was Rude And I Let It Go Since She Is The Person Thats Cooking My Food I Ordered A Number 8 Paid For It And Didnt Get My Order Right But I Didnt know Until I Got All The Way Home So I Called A Lady Name Carol Is Who I Spoke With And She Automatically Assumed I Was Looking For Free Food And Was Yelling On The Phone. I Had To Tell Her I Dont Like How She Is Speaking To Me And She Needs To Lower Her Voice Her Responded By Saying "I Just Got Here So I Didnt Do It" So I asked her what time the supervisor was coming in she said "Just Keep Calling Because I Cant Tell You When He Gets In" Get Your Old Staff Back Because Them Two Women Who Worked Tonight Are Horrible Then She Said "We Dont Send Things In The Mail Any More" Like I Asked To Have Anything Sent In The Mail Im Trying To Eat Tonight Not In Two Weeks

Worst service I have ever experienced. I managed multiple restaurants and even when its busy you can at least say hi and let the person know in the drive thru you will help them when you can. I waited 10 minutes with nothing said asking for some help. Then as I drove around I saw multiple staff working and not looking very busy, so this makes me wonder why I was waiting over 10 minutes for any help. I then called and asked why it took so long and the lady on the phone said sorry mam multiple times when I am a male, saying sometimes its hard to hear????? That makes no sense.

I AGREE WITH YOU Kei!! people need to chill...BEST WHITE CASTLE IN THE METRO!! Every time I go here the ladies working are friendly and they make the best White Castles everytime. call me crazy but when you have a square burger patty and a square bun, you think it would make sense to put them together in a square, well at this location they ACTUALLY DO THAT!! Every other white castle I go to I have to pull my buns apart and realign them to be a square. This is my Favorite white castle of them all. keep it up

Went here late at night (around 1230-1am) and ordered 10 jalapeno and bacon double cheese sliders and 4 bacon cheddar grilled chicken with a large onion chips and large root beer. . . . . I got charged for exactly that. I was asked to pull ahead and wait after I paid and got my drink which was fine since I ordered so much but when i got home I noticed they just gave me 10 double cheese sliders and never bothered adding the jalapeno or bacon the extra $1.50 X 10 I paid for and didnt receive

They CHEAT late drive thru customers! Negative stars. Shorted 5 burgers on a large order. ATTITUDE: Miffed that I asked for extra onions? Returned to collect on the 5 burgers. They gave me 4. When I began an inventory in the car, they immediately gave me the 5th burger already bagged. Never have I had such problems at any White Castle. *Compare to the Maple Grove 5 Star store.* Brooklyn Park White Castle store needs a serious staff reset. I used to trade here, no more. Customer beware!

Pretty funny all I ever get here are their breakfast sandwich. They ask white or wheat I say wheat everytime but everytime I get white. Yeah what ever cool then all i say is no cheese get the sandwich and there is cheese but no bacon.. lol was like okay maybe it was a bad night test it out and did the samething 3x happend all 3 times lol. It might be their micophones are bad idk but they are really nice just slow..

Waited at the order box for a few minutes without anyone asking for our order. Drove up to the window to order instead. Ignored by the workers inside. Finally, someone came over once they realised we werent leaving. Told us the bell "wasnt working". Car drove up to the speaker a minute later, I heard the chimes loud and clear. Took a really long time to get our food as well. Lazy lazy workers.

Even with 1 car in front of you youll sit in the drive through for 20 minutes. If theyre out of something they just leave it off the sandwich and dont tell you. On top of all that sometimes they just close the lobby doors hours until close and force you to go through the drive through, if you walked there then they tell you to leave. Worst fast food place Ive ever been to!

I have never tried White Castle until today. Leaving Minneapolis on the way to Grand Forks ND my girlfriend suggested it. And I must stay the ladies working today were very friendly and respectful. So nice job to the crew!! The food now is definitely worth trying and stopping to get on our next trip.

Food was ok. Had better at other locations. My burgers were soggy & my fries not crispy. I specifically told the order taker to please make sure my burgers werent soggy & that my fries were extra crispy. She reasured me the food would be how i asked for it. It was not even close.

I tried to go threw drive threw and never got anyone take my order this was not first this has happened its happening toany time, someone need to help them or teach them to take orders as soon someone pulls up.... May never go back to this store in Brooklyn park.

Customer skills were horrible, food was cold, employees were not fast,yet they were friendly,allowed others customers to use profanity over phones and dining room was clean as well as kitchen and bathroom

I did not appreciate ordering a meal and being charged for the contents of the meal separately! If they are a part of the meal do not charge me extra or just dont advertise it as a meal! Its ridiculous!
