Ive been to hundreds of subways throughout the country and this is BY FAR the worst one Ive ever stumbled upon. A few months back I walked in and was greeted by an Asian lady with broken English. I ordered the Chicken bacon ranch melt, and noticed she was getting ready to leave out the bacon. I asked her if she could put bacon on the sandwich and she told me "Its in here" pointing at the chicken. Another employee had to come from the back to show her what bacon was. Not sure where they are finding these employees. My last two experiences (both this week) have been with a young black guy. Day 1 he got my sandwich right, but half way through making it asked me if I had a cigarette he could have. I asked for 3 oatmeal raisin cookies, got home and realized he gave me white chip macadamia nut, which Im highly allergic to. Luckily I noticed before eating it. Day 2, I ordered rotisserie chicken with bacon, get the sandwich home and realize he put rotisserie chicken on my sandwich. The employees hate their jobs and do not care. Doesnt seem like management cares either.

So i used go into this location obly because its a convenient spot near my home. Everytime they messed up my sandwhich. They always burned the flat bread, as well as when the meat and cheese fell off onto the oven door, after toasting it, they picked it back up and pur it back on the sandwhich messy like and continued to make it, even though the meat was contaminated. They also told me that for extra black olives and mayo it costs more, which was shocking because all the other subways i went to never charge me extra for those. They have ripped the bread in multiple places as well as then cut it like normal, i jad to eat my sandwhich with a fork becuase they bread was all messed up. I loved subway, but now because of all these problems i cant eat or think about eating at any subway with out becoming very sick. If you are looming for a great sub, i can promise you that it wont be from this location. I recommend going to either jj right across france or to firehouse near walgreens.

THIS IS THE SINGLE WORST SUBWAY I HAVE EVER BEEN IN. I have gone into this subway and there was no staff inside the restaraunt at all. They are regularly out of products when you ask for them. This site is also extremely gross they use tape to hold signage together. My most recent visit to this restraint was particularly awful. The restaraunt was under staffed as usual. I watched at least 4 groups of people walk out due to the long wait. The food safety was awful. I watched the employee regularly touch peoples food while wearing gloves and then go touch door handles and other things. Then she came back to peoples food without changing gloves. There were a lot of flies in the restaraunt as well. Gross, for your own health stay away from here.

Dear Valley West Subway owners. Every time I have visited your location the same two outstanding ladies have been working. They are always smiling, friendly, prompt and polite! Further more they bring a sense of community to your store! Each time I have visited they know other customers in line, or are waiving at folks outside! You truly have a special team here, and the ladies do a fantastic job and deserve much praise! I hope you can let them know!

I have been to this particular Subway many times and I think I have finally decided I wont be going back to this location. Every time I walk in there during lunch rush the staff does not seem to know how to work as a team. The line backs up while they attempt to bag everyones order that is standing in line and no one runs the cash register. It is pretty frustrating to have to stand there while I arrived before the people that Im now force to wait for.

Worst subway I have been to in my entire life. The workers were stnding there to take orders but were talking in a different language to each other and said hold on as we waited and they giggled. They barely put anything on my sandwich and charged me extra and said all coupons dont work. Didnt say thank you of anything when they threw the receipt at me. Never will go back. Stay away! There is a better one about a mile down old Shakopee.

One kid that works at this place couldnt make a sandwich to save his life. More sauce on the wrapper than on the sandwich, didnt cut the the sandwich in half all the way through, wrapped it off center so the bread is exposed and toppings fall out. The wrapper itself gave off a bad smell, like someone dumped mop bucket water on it. They just dont train their new employees well at all. It used to be tolerable but now its just awful.

Walking into this location is a gamble. I visit this location 2 times a week, and I say VISIT. Now a days Ive been walking out and taking my buisness to JJs across France. If its an Asian lady with broken English working, turn around and walk out. Soooo many problems with this one employee. Let alone her obliviousness to a timely manner. I will change my review once she is gone from this location. You FAIL Subway!

This subway is terrible. I asked whats on the sunrise melt and a younger girl with bad skin and dark hair said "I have no clue, didnt know it was on the menu." I was inconveniencing her by being there. She needed to get back to her texting machine. Then she tried to overcharge me. I said "sales tax isnt 15% here." So she changed the total. Felt like she was running a scam of sorts.

Ordered two subs asked for the meal and he checked me out cool. But then asked for my receipt because he thought i was stealing, you checked me out ten seconds ago i mean really and it wasnt even busy! I took two drinks amd went to fill my cups then he said he forgot to add the second meal on my receipt, completely wasted my time im never coming back again!

I go to this subway every single day, (except mon. & weds.) The service here is god awful. they all seem like they hate their jobs, they all compain why its so busy and sometimes make it seem like it your fault that they are having a bad time. I highly recommened going to a different Subway just so you can get a simple smile.

The service at this location is slow and the workers are unfriendly. One worker in particular (who has been there every time Ive gone in for lunch) makes it seem like I am troubling him a great deal by ordering a sandwich. I will not be returning, which is a shame, since its the closest Subway to my work.
